2026년 8월 조기졸업 신청 안내

 

 

1. 조기졸업 자격 요건

    1) 총 6학기 이상을 이수하고 졸업에 필요한 모든 요건을 충족한 자

    2) 계절학기를 포함하여 취득한 모든 교과목을 통산한 성적의 평량평균이 3.75/4.3 이상인 자

        (단, IT융합공학전공 및 지능형반도체전공 학생은 3.30/4.3 이상인 자)

2. 조기졸업 제외 대상

    1) 의학, 치의학, 건축학(5년제) 학생

    2) 편입생

    3) 학사경고를 받은 학생

 

3. 신청 기간: 2026. 3. 16.(월) ~ 3. 20.(금) 오후 5시까지

 

4. 신청 방법: 학사포탈시스템 로그인 (https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) ☞ 학사행정 ☞ 졸업 ☞ 조기졸업 신청

 

5. 유의사항

    1) 조기졸업 심사 결과 졸업요건을 충족할 경우, 수료 상태로 남을 수 없으며 졸업 처리됨

    2) 졸업요건을 충족하였으나 조기졸업신청을 취소할 경우 반드시 다음 정규학기에 1과목 이상 수강하여야 함

    3) 조기졸업신청자는 졸업학기의 계절제에 개설되는 사회봉사 등 외부자가 평가자가 되는 교과목을 수강할 수 없음

    4) 조기졸업 신청 시 3전공, 심화전공, 부전공, 마이크로전공 등 졸업 시 반영될 전공을 반드시 확인 후 기입해야 졸업심사에 반영됨

 

 

 

                                                             Notice for August 2026 Early Graduation Application

  

1. Requirements for early graduation

    1) Students who completed a minimum of 6 semesters in total and satisfy graduation requirements

    2) A cumulative GPA is 3.75 or above (on 4.3 scales)

       * A cumulative GPA is calculated based on all courses that had been registered.

 

2. Restrictions　

    1) Students from Department of Architecture(5-year course), College of Medicine, College of Dentistry

    2) Transferred students

    3) Students who have a record of academic warning

 

3. Application period: March 16 (Mon) ~ March 20 (Fri) 5 p.m.

 

4. Submission: Log into the Yonsei portal system(https://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) - Graduation - Early Graduation Application

 

5. References

    1) Early Graduates cannot remain in the state of 「Completion of Course」.

    2) Students who cancel the application for early graduation must enroll next semester

        even if they completed all requirements for graduation.

    3) Students who have applied for early graduation cannot enroll in Volunteer Service courses which open

        in this 2026 summer semester.

    4) When applying for early graduation, students must confirm and enter the majors to be reflected in the graduation review (e.g., 3rd major, intensive major, minor, micro major, etc.)
