<2022-1학기 생활관 퇴사 안내>
1. 대상자: 생활관 입사생 전원
※ 계절학기 신청자는 퇴사 후 6/26(일) 15:00에 다시 입사하시면 됩니다.
※ 계절학기에 같은 방으로 배정된 경우에는 별도로 퇴사하실 필요 없습니다.
2. 퇴사기한 : 2022. 6. 22.(수) 낮 12:00까지
[학사 일정이 종료된 사생은 조속히 퇴사하시기 바랍니다.]
가. 퇴사 후 특별 점검 사항
1) 2022. 6. 22.(수) 낮 12:00 이후 방에 남아있는 짐은 버린 것으로 간주하여 폐기 처리
2) 방 및 화장실 청소 불량 시 벌점 부여
3) 실내 흡연의 증거가 명백한 경우 (예: 담배냄새 밴 방, 담배꽁초 발견 등) 벌점부여 및 다음 학기 입사 제한
나. 2022. 6. 22.(수) 낮 12:00까지 안내실에 카드 키(또는 열쇠) 미반납 사생은 증명 발급에 제한이 생길 수 있으니 미리 준비하여 퇴사하시기 바랍니다.
3. 퇴사절차
가. 코로나19 확산 방지를 위해 외부인(학부모 및 지인 등)의 기숙사 출입은 제한됩니다.
나. 카드키를 비롯하여 생활관에서 지급한 모든 물품은 각 안내실에 본인이 직접 반납·확인하고 퇴사하기 바랍니다. (분실, 파손 시 직접 수수료 납부)
4. 짐 보관 안내
가. 2022-여름학기 입사 예정자에 한해 짐을 보관할 수 있습니다.
나. 각 기숙사별 안내실에 방문하여 문의하시기 바랍니다.
다. 단, 보관 가능 기간은 6/26(일)까지이므로 유의해주시기 바랍니다.
5. 그 외 자세한 사항은 생활관 사무실(☎033-760-5300)로 문의하시기 바랍니다.

<Check-out Notice for Spring Semester of 2022>
1. Every student needs to check-out
※ If you applied for residency in Summer semester, check out first and check in after June 26th(Sun.) 03:00 p.m.
※ If you are allocated to the same room from Spring semester, you do not have to check out.
2. Date: Until June 22th(Wed.) Noon
A. Checkpoints before check-out
1) Leftover stuffs in every room after June 22th(Wed.) will be considered as thrown away.
2) If your room and bathroom are not clean after you check-out, you will be given demerit points.
3) If there is a clear evidence that someone smoked in the room, you will be given demerit points and will not be allowed to apply for the next semester.
B. If you do not return your card key(or regular key) until June 22th(Wed.) noon, you will be given demerit points.
3. Check-out procedure
A. Outsiders(Parents, friends, etc.) are not allowed to enter dormitory due to COVID-19.
B. Please return the stuffs the dormitory provided when you check-out. (e.g. Card Key)
4. Keeping your luggauges
A. For those who are going to check in for Spring semester can keep their belongings in the designated place. (International students only)
B. Ask the information desk for details.
C. Keeping Period: ~ September 1st(Thu)

「2022-春天学期退舍通知」
1。对象: 住在宿舍的学生全部
※ 如果在夏季学期申请居留，请先退房，6月26日（星期天）下午03:00后入住。
※ 如果从春季学期被分配到同一个房间，你就不必退房。
2。退舍其间: 到6月22日(星期三) 正午
Ａ。退舍后检查事项
① 6月22日(星期三)正午以后在屋子遗留的东西都报废处理
② 屋子或卫生间清扫不良时室友全部赋予扣分
③ 有房间内抽烟的真凭实据时，(屋子里沾染着烟气，发现烟蒂等等)室友全部赋予扣分
B。如果学生在6月22日(星期三)中午之前没有退回自己的出入卡，钥匙，则他将被处以罚分。
3。退舍程序
Ａ。由于新型冠状病毒 ，局外人（父母，朋友等）不允许进入宿舍。
B。退舍程序时请不要麻烦考试还没结束的同学。
4。保管行李
A。如果学生2022-1学期回宿舍，可以在暑假期间保留自己的物品。
B。假期中能保管行李在宿舍。(~ 09月01日)
