2023-Summer Dormitory Application Guide

1. Duration of Residence: 2023-Summer Semester [June 24, 2023 (Sat) - August 21 (Mon)]

※ We are accepting new applications for the Summer of 2023. The Housing application for the 2023-2nd (fall) semester will be conducted separately.

2. Eligibility

A. Enrolled students of Sinchon Campus, International Campus, and Mirae Campus of Yonsei University (including residents of the 2023-1st (spring) semester of Sinchon Campus who couldn't apply)

※ Forced-out students due to the violation of dormitory rules cannot apply. (Regardless of Campus)

B. Enrolled undergraduate students and graduates students of Yonsei University for the most recent semester’s GPA should be over 1.7/4.3 (Undergraduate) or 2.0/4.3 (Graduate) or above]

A. Application Period: May 30, 2023 (Tue) 14:00 - June 1(Thu) 12:00

B. How to: (Only available on PC) Log-in to Yonsei Portal → Click [Academic Information System] → [Dormitory]

※ After entering all the information, all applicants must submit COVID-19 Safety Agreement (Download the form from Form Resources and submit it after signing)

6. Result and Payment

A. Result: June 7, 2023 (Wed) 14:00

B. Payment: June 7, 2023 (Wed) 14:00 - June 9 (Fri) 16:00

7. Summer Dormitory Move-in: June 24, 2023 (Sat) 10:00 - 18:00

※ Please check detailed move-in procedures when results are announced.
