2017학년도 여름방학 (장기:대학원생) 입사신청 안내

Housing Application for Summer Vacation 2017

 

1. 신청대상 : 연세대학교 대학원생

  Eligibility : Graduate students

 

2. 신청방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(https://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)->입사정보->개별입사신청      

  On-line application procedure:

     “https://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr” > Log-in > Click on “입사정보” > Click on the button “개별입사신청” at the bottom right corner > Fill in the application form > Click on the button “가입완료” to complete the application at the bottom right corner

 

3. 신청기간 : 5. 22(월) 09:30 ~ 5. 29(월) 16:00

   Appling period : May 22nd(Mon), 2017, 09:30 ~ May 29th(Mon), 2017, 16:00

 

4. 등록기간 : 6.  5(월) 09:30 ~ 6.  8(목) 16:00

  Fee payment (It’s necessary to apply first): June 5th(Mon), 2017,09:30~June8th(Thu), 2017,16:00

 

★등록방법 : 대학원생은  입사신청 후 위 등록기간에 "생활관 홈페이지-입사정보"에서 개별   

     가상계좌번호 확인 후 해당계좌로 입금.(입금 시 반드시 본인이름으로 입금바람)

> You can check your assigned account number for your registration. Check your account number at “입사정보” on the website during the registration period. > Send the registration fee at the account number. > Deposit must be done in the applicant’s name.

   ※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소(기간 및 시간 엄수)

   ※ If you do not pay the fee during this period, your application will be cancelled

 

5.  입사기간: 선입사: 2017. 6. 22.(목) 14:00 ~ 2017. 8. 19.(토)12:00

             일반입사: 2017. 6. 27.(화) 15:00 ~ 2017. 8. 19.(토)12:00

    Move-in Schedule:

     1) Schedule-I : June 22nd(Thu), 2017, 14:00 ~ August 19th(Sat), 2017, 12:00

     2) Schedule-II : June 27th(Tue), 2017, 15:00 ~ August 19th(Sat), 2017, 12:00

 

   ※ 6월 22일 선입사자는 본인이 청소하고 입사함.(청소 지원 불가)

   ※ The applicants are required to check “선입사” in the application form for “Schedule-I” and should clean your room by yourself.

 

   ※ 신청기간 이후 입사신청을 원하는 학생은 6. 19(월) 09:30 ~ 17:00에 원주생활관 사무실에서 신청 및 당일등록 후 입사 가능 함(단, 룸메이트 지정은 불가)

 

 

※ Students who received scholarship for the dormitory also need to submit the application via website.

   ※ 방학 중 학교 일정 및 외부개방 행사가 진행될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

   Summer programs or events might be held during the summer vacation and cause noise and sound.

   ※ 여름철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙제어 됩니다.

   Maintenance of facilities might cause some inconveniences.

   ※ 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생될 수 있습니다. 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

   We appreciate your understanding of inconveniences in advance.

 

7. 룸메이트 신청 : 생활관홈페이지->입사정보->개별입사신청 작성 시 룸메이트 정보에

   본인을 제외한 룸메이트 3명의 학번,이름,학과 순으로 기재하여 신청

  ※ 학번, 이름, 학과를 모두 입력해야 정상등록됩니다. 미입력 시 신청이 안됩니다.

   ※ 2인이상 지정하면 룸메이트 가능  (ex: 3인실-3명 or 2명/4인실-2명 or 3명 or 4명)
   ※ 장기입사자와 계절입사자는 룸메이트 신청 불가(장기-장기, 계절-계절만 가능)

   ※ 신청기간 이외에는 룸메이트 신청 불가 (랜덤 배정)

 Assigning roommates: To assign roommates by themselves, applicants need to write all three names of roommates in the remarks section in the application form.

(e.g. student ID number1 name1 major/ student ID number2 name2 major/ ...)

(e.g. 2016000001 John Lee Business Management/ 2016000002 Adam Park International Relations/ 2016000003 Bella Kim Environmental Engineering/ …)

 

8. 준 비 물 : 세면도구, 침구류, 학생증 등

  Things to prepare : Toiletries, bedding, student ID card, etc.

 

 

 

 

9. 입사비 환불 신청 (Refund Policy)

  - 신청방법 : 생활관 홈페이지의 서식자료실에 있는 입사비반환신청서를

                E-mail (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 접수 (환불처리는 1~2주 소요)

  - How to apply for the refund

 > Download the application form (퇴사및환불신청서_계절및장기입사용)

   at the dormitory website : http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr -> “서식자료실”

 > Send an email at mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr (Refund procedure generally takes for 1~2 weeks.)
