1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법
가. 무악 1,2학사 및 6학사(우정원) 지원 자격 (아래 조건에 모두 충족해야 함)
1) 2015-2학기 현재 신촌캠퍼스에 재학중인 학부생, 일반대학원생 및 전문대학원생
2) 부모가 모두 서울이외의 지역 또는 해외거주자이거나 학생 본인이 외국인 유학생
3) 직전학기 성적이 2.5/4.0 또는 2.7/4.3 이상
※ 의료원관련학과는 아래 3학사로 지원바랍니다.
나. 무악 3학사(의료원동) 지원 자격 (아래 조건에 모두 충족해야 함)
1) 2015-2학기 현재 신촌캠퍼스에 재학중인 의과대학, 치과대학, 간호대학 학부생 및
의학?치의학?간호전문대학원생, 의,치,간호학과 일반대학원생
다. 선발 방법 : 컴퓨터 추첨으로 선발
? 국제캠퍼스, 원주캠퍼스 학생은 해당 캠퍼스 기숙사 입사 신청 안내를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
2. 신청 기간 및 방법
가. 기숙사 신청 기간 : 2015. 9. 1(화) 10:00 ~ 10. 30(금) 17:00
나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창
다. 인터넷 접수와 아래 서류 제출이 완료되어야 심사대상이 되오니 서류를 최대한 빨리 제출하시기 바랍니다.
3. 필수 제출 서류(온라인 접수자 전원 해당)
※서류제출시 주민등록번호 뒷자리는 표시되지 않도록 처리하신 후 제출바랍니다.
가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중에 방문 제출(무악1학사)
일반우편으로 제출시 우편물이 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

2)서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번 기재
나. 서류제출이 완료되어야 결원발생시 충원대상에 해당되오니 가급적 온라인접수 후 가까운 시일
내에 제출하시기 바랍니다.
다. 제출 서류 안내
? 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부
? 부와 모의 주민등록상 거주지가 다를 경우 : 부, 모, 학생 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
? 학생이 편부모 가정일 경우, 살고 있는 부 또는 모와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(함께 거주중인 부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부
? 해외거주자 : 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)
※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114
? 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우 : 부모의 재외국민등록부등본, 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
? 외국인 : 외국인등록증복사본(앞, 뒷면을 한 면에 복사) 또는 여권사본 1부
(외국인 등록증 및 여권사본에 한하여 e-mail제출가능 : muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)
? 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상
※ 유의사항
? 모든 제출서류는 1개월 이내에 발행한 원본서류만 유효하며, 팩스로 서류 받지 않습니다.
? 기재사항에 허위가 없어야 합니다. (허위 기재한 사실이 있을 경우 입사를 취소함)
? 인터넷 접수 없이 서류만 제출하거나 인터넷 접수 후, 서류를 제출하지 않은 경우 기숙사 신청으로 인정되지 않습니다.
4. 입사자 발표는 공석 발생시 수시 충원인 관계로 정해진 날짜는 없으며, 개별통지합니다.
5. 건강검사 : 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에 제출하여야 합니다.
검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하게 됩니다. 또한 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가합니다.
※ 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내 검사결과만 유효함
6. 기숙사비(식비 : 미포함)
※아래 금액은 학기 기준 금액이며, 중간입사자는 입사시기에 따라 차감하여 안내합니다.
기숙사 시설 안내는 아래 11항. 확인바랍니다.
가. 무악 1,2학사 : 2인실 801,790원(학기당)
나. 무악 3학사 : 2인실 824,000원(학기당 / 본과학기는 별도안내)
나. 무악 6학사(우정원) : 2인실 1,349,760원(학기당) / 3인실 861,840원(학기당)

1. Eligibility & Selection method
A. Muak #1, #2, #6(Woojungwon) : 2015-2nd Graduate(Regular and Professional) and
Undergraduate students & Returnee students
- Last semester's GPA 2.5/4.0 or 2.7/4.3 or above
- local (exclusive of Seoul), foreign residents (based on the parents’ residence),
and foreign students
B. Muak #3 (Medical college related Students)
- 2015-2nd undergraduate and graduate students of college of Medicine, Dentistry and Nursing & Division of Biological and Technology, Department of public health.
C. Selection : Computerized Random Selection
? Students of International or Woonju Campus, please follow each campus’s notice.
2. How to register
A. Period : 1 (Tue) Sep 2015 10:00 – 30 (Fri) Oct 17:00
B. How : Fill out the form(pop-up) on Housing office website

C. Submit the required documents as quickly as possible to be an eligible applicant.

※ When submitting, please write down the student’s name & student’s ID number
or examinee’s number in the upper-left corner of each document
※ All the documents should be originals.
※ Please submit after hide your ID code.
? In case of a domestic resident, submit a copy of Proof of residence.
? In case of a foreign resident, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of
student and the parents
? In case of separate residence from parents, submit a copy of proof of residence for
parents and student and a certificate of family relation.
? In case parents’ residence is separate, submit a copy of proof of residence for
mother, father, and student and a certificate of family relation.
? In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of
foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student.
? In case of one-parent family, submit a copy of proof of residence for the parent
who lives with student and student, and a certificate of family relation
(issued under the name of the parent who lives with student.)
? In case of foreigners, submit a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration
(Copy both sides on the same page) or a copy of Proof of Foreigner Registration
(Issued by a ward office)
? In case of unregistered foreigners, submit a copy of your passport.
※ Only a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration card and a copy of passport

? In case of the disabled: Submit a copy of Certificate for the Disabled
※ Notes
- All documents submitted must have been published within a month to be valid.
Missing documents will result in failure to register.
Documents sent by fax is invalid.
- No false information Should be written in the application.
(If it is proven that you put down false information, your housing admission will be
cancelled.)
- The documents submitted without online registration will be ignored.
- The online registration without document submission will be ignored.
- For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance, please contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(02-2100-2114).
4. The result will be informed individually due to the selection is non-schduled.
5. Health Inspection
The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland)
and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in.
If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life,
we will cancel your housing admission.
Failure to submit the health diagnosis form on the check-in day will result in demerits on
your record.
* The available period of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.
