College of Liberal ArtsLiberal arts academic experience is an important part of the way that university education develops outstanding individuals with strong core competencies who can rationally understand and respond to the future social challenges. The future-oriented core characteristics that university education seeks to cultivate in learners are the ability to self-direct improvement, a service- and sharing-oriented character, the ability to produce results in original and creative ways, and the ability to lead the response to global challenges. Of the universities in South Korea, Mirae Campus has been an exemplar for the residential college system. By establishing a liberal arts education platform composed of educational infrastructure and content corresponding to the educational ideology and talent that we aim to develop at Mirae Campus, the liberal arts program strives to be a groundbreaking model for university liberal arts education that is local, education-centered, and productive.

College of Humanities & ArtsThe College of Humanities & Arts strives to cultivate creative talents to lead their generation by fostering their humanistic rationality and artistic intuition along with a discerning mind trained in the humanities and an ability to generate formative designs. The College of Humanities & Arts has been a leader in education with its foundation on specialized majors within each field of the humanities and arts along with interdisciplinary research that combines disciplines from the two fields. It is composed of the College of Human Science, the Division of Design and Art, and the Department of Korean Literature and Language.
