<2023년 방학권 및 1월 한달권 회원등록 안내>
(학생용)
2023년 방학권 및 1월 한달권 회원등록을 다음과 같이 접수하려고 하오니 많은 이용 바랍니다.
1. 회원등록기간 : 12월 28일(수) ~ 12월 30일(금) 오전 7시 ~ 선착순 접수
※ 남학생(종일/오전) : 12월 28일(월) 오전 7시~오전 11시 30분
종일권, 오전권 선착순 접수
※ 여학생(종일/오전) : 12월 29일(화) 오전 7시~오전 11시 30분
종일권, 오전권 선착순 접수
※ 12월 30일 (수): 남학생, 여학생 추가 회원등록 접수
2. 준비물 : 학생증, 신분증 반드시 지참
3. 카드 결제만 가능하며, 현금 및 계좌이체는 불가능합니다.
4. 졸업생은 센터 이용이 불가능합니다.
5. 추후 상시 등록 가능하나 1월 한달권은 1월 내에서만, 방학권은 방학 내에만 이용 가능합니다.
<회원 등록 절차>
➀ 이메일에 첨부된 신청서를 직접 인쇄하여 작성하시거나 현장에서 배부된 신청서를 작성합니다.
➁ 공지된 등록기간 내에 현장에 방문하신 후 등록 절차가 선착순으로 진행됩니다.
➂ 신청서 수령 후 작성하셨다 하더라도 등록기간 내에 현장에 방문하여 등록하지 않을 경우 등록에 있어 불이익이 발생할 수 있습니다.
➃ 반드시 본인이 직접 현장에 방문하여 등록 절차를 진행하셔야 하며, 대리인을 통한 대리 신청은 불가능합니다.
➄ 등록 후 명의 변경 및 양도, 환불은 불가능하기 때문에 이 점 유념하시고 등록 절차를 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.

① 운영시간:
- 평일 08:00 ~ 21:00
오전권 08:00 ~ 14:00
- 토요일 08:00 ~ 17:00
- 일요일 및 공휴일 휴관.
- 매월 마지막주 토요일(1/28, 2/25) 대청소로 인한 휴관,
* 대체공휴일 1/2(월), 설 연휴(1/21~1/23) 휴관
➁ 센터 이용자가 많은 관계로 1일 1회만 이용이 가능합니다.
➂ 사물함 신청은 방학권 등록하신 회원만 신청 가능합니다.
➃ 회원등록 후 명의변경, 환불 및 연기가 불가합니다.

<Winter Break of 2023 & January Registration Notifications>

※ The registration procedures for the Winter Break of 2023 & September are as follows:
1. Membership Registration Period:
December 28th(Wed) - December 30th(Fri) 7am ~ FCFS
※ Male students (all day(/morning): December 28th(Wed) 7am ~ 11:30 am
All day membership, Morning membership people first come, first served from 7 am
※ Female students (all day/morning): December 29th(Thu) 7am ~ 11:30 am
All day membership, Morning membership first come, first served from 7 am
※ December 31th(Fri): Male, Female students registration
2. Requirement: Student ID card.
3. Payment method: Only Credit card (Cash and Online payments are not allowed).
4. Graduates are not allowed to use the fitness center.
5. You can register at all times later, but the January membership is only available within January and the winter Break membership is only available within the winter Break.

<Membership Registration Procedure>
➀ Print and fill out the application form attached to the e-mail or fill out the application form distributed on-site.
➁ After visiting the site within the announced registration period, the registration process will proceed on a first-come, first-served basis.
➂ You must register in a given time or your request will be automatically cancelled even though you had received the membership application.
➃ Membership application must be signed by the applicant.
➄ Please note that transfer of the registration or refund after registration is not available.

① Operating hours:
- Weekdays 08:00 to 21:00
Morning membership 08:00 to 14:00
Saturday 08:00 to 17:00
- Closed on Sunday and Public Holidays.
Closed on every last Saturday of the month, due to deep cleaning.
②You can use it only once a day because there are many users of the center.
➂ Only members who have registered semester membership can apply for lockers.
➃ You cannot change the name, refund, or postpone it after membership registration.
