2020-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 생활관 입사 추가 연기 안내
코로나19 집단감염의 국내외적 확산이 지속되고 있는 상황에서, 감염증의 교내 확산 방지를 위해 우리대학교 교무위원회에서는 비대면·온라인 강의를 추가 연장[2020.5.12.(화)까지] 하기로 결정하였습니다.
생활관은 이미 공지됐던 기숙사 2차 입사일을 취소하고, 5월 13일부터 학기말까지의 수업 운영에 관한 대학본부의 결정(4월 말 예정)을 확인한 후 입사일을 재공지하겠습니다.

다만, 2020-1학기 입사자로 선발되어 기숙사 외에 국내 거주할 숙소가 없는 외국인 및 재외국민, 다음의 교내 기관 근무 예정자의 경우 해당부서의 요청 공문이 있을 경우 검토하여 중간 입사 여부를 안내할 예정입니다.
1. 외국인 및 재외국민 : 항공권
2. 대학원생 : 해당대학 요청 공문 및 관련 증빙 자료
3. 국가근로학생 : 근무 부서 요청 공문 접수 후 장학취업팀 확인
※ 코로나19 감염증을 예방하기 위해 기숙사 입사 시 학부모님의 기숙사출입이 제한됨을 알려드립니다.
※ 기숙사비 환불 및 취소
1. 1차 입사 : 2020.3.14.(토) ~ 3.15.(일) [약 1주일 기숙사비 환불]
2. 2차 입사 : 입사 일정이 결정되면 환불 규모 공지 예정
3. 2020-1학기 입사자로 선발된 사생 중 코로나19 사유로 입사 취소 및 중도 퇴사 시 2020-2학기에 한하여 연장 등록 대상에 포함할 예정임

2020-1st Additional Changes of Move-in Dates of Sinchon Campus Dormitories
Continuation of the spread of COVID-19 (including group infections) home and aborad, Academic Board has decided to extend its online (non face-to-face) lecture to 12th of May (Tues.), 2020 in order to prevent the spread of infectious disease in schools.
As a result of the decision, we are announcing that we will inevitably cancel the previous 2nd move-in date and reannounce the date according to the upcoming Academic Board’s decision (scheduled for the end of April).

However, for foreign and oversea Korean dormitory students who do not have a place to live in Korea other than dormitories, or dormitory students who have an official request as below cases, Administrative Team of Housing Office will review the official documents and related evidence and decide the case.
▪Foreign and Overseas Korean students: Flight ticket
▪Graduate students: Official letter (공문) from colleges and related documents
▪Student workers approved by government: Official letter (공문) from related office and confirmed by Scholarship Administrative Team
※ To prevent the COVID-19 infection, parents are restricted from entering the dormitory on a move-in date.
※ Dormitory fee refund
1. 1st Move-in Date : 14th of March (Sat.), 2020 ~ 15th of March (Sun), 2020 [Refund around 1 week dormitory fee]
2. 2nd Move-in Date : TBC
3. Among those 2020-1st semester selected dormitory residents who have cancelled or moved-out for reasons of COVID-19 outbreak, will be included in the extended registration list for 2020-2nd semester (Except Muak #4 residents due to the upcoming remodelling plan).
