[공지] 코로나19 확산 위험에 따른 2020학년도 2학기 일반휴학(가사/질병)의 휴학연한 미산입 조치 안내
2020학년도 2학기 일반휴학은 학생별 휴학연한에 산입하지 않습니다. 이는 2020-2학기에 일반휴학을 신청할 계획인 학생들에 한해 적용되며, 휴학연한이 남아있는 학생들에 해당합니다. 이미 휴학연한을 모두 사용하여 더 이상 휴학을 신청할 수 없는 재학생들은 2020-2학기 일반휴학이 불가합니다.
휴학연한: 휴학할 수 있는 최대 기간으로 통산 6학기를 초과할 수 없음.단, 건축공학 내 건축학(5년제) 과정은 7학기를 넘지 못하고,편입학생의 휴학기간은 편입학 이후 잔여 재학연한의 1/2를 넘지 못함1. 신청 및 승인 절차:
1) 일반휴학(가사): 연세포탈 신청 후 자동 승인
2) 일반휴학(질병): 신청 서류 일체 접수 및 심사 후 승인
(제출 서류 세부 목록은 휴·복학 안내문 확인 必)
2. 신청 기간:
1) 일반휴학(가사): 8.3.(월) ~ 11.16(월)
2) 일반휴학(질병): 8.3.(월) ~ 12.1.(화)
(단, 등록금 반환율은 휴학 승인 시점에 따라 다르므로 관련 공지 확인 必)
3. 일반휴학의 취소는 학기 시작 이후로는 원천 불가합니다.
4. 위 안내사항은 입대 및 창업휴학과는 관계가 없습니다.

Notice Regarding Leave of Absence for Fall Semester due to COVID-19
The university has decided not to count the Fall 2020 semester as the Leave of Absence Term. This announcement applies to the students who are planning to apply for leave during the Fall 2020 semester.
The above notice is only applicable to the students who have the Leave of Absence Term left. Students who already used all of their Leave of Absence semesters are not eligible to apply for one in the Fall 2020 semester.
The Leave of Absence Term: The maximum semesters a student can apply for a leave of absence before graduation which is up to 6 semesters. For 5-year architecture majoring students, it is up to 7 semesters. For transferred students, it can not exceed more than 1/2 of their Attendance Term. 1. Application and Approval Method:
1) General Leave due to personal reasons: automatically approved upon application
2) General Leave due to illness: approved upon examining the required application documents2. Application Period:
1) General Leave due to personal reasons: 8. 3.(Mon) ~ 11.15(Mon)
2) General Leave due to illness: 8. 3.(Mon) ~12. 1.(Tue)3. Cancellation of a leave of absence is fundamentally not allowed after the semester begins.
4. The above notice is irrelevant to a leave of absence due to military service and start-up.
