2020-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 생활관 기선발자 추가 입사 안내
우리대학은 2020. 4. 29. 임시교무위원회를 통해, ‘코로나-19 감염병 확산 방지를 위한 사회적 거리두기’를 권장하는 정부의 지침에 따라 학기말까지 비대면‧온라인강의 원칙을 유지하기로 결의하였습니다.
다만, 실험‧실습‧실기 강의의 경우 학과장 및 대학장의 사전 승인과, 감염예방 수칙을 지켜 대면강의를 실시할 수 있으며, 수강인원이 20명 이하인 일반대학원 강의는 모든 학생이 동의하는 경우 담당교수 결정으로 대면수업만으로 강좌를 진행할 수 있습니다.
생활관에서는 교무위원회의 결정에 따라 대면 강의를 수강하는 학생들에 한해 입사를 허용하기로 결정하였습니다. 이는 코로나19 감염 확산으로부터 학생들의 건강과 안전을 지키기 위한 조치이오니 학생여러분과 학부모님의 넓은 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다.
이에 2020-1학기 입사대상 사생 중 대면강의(실험·실습·실기 포함)로 결정된 강좌를 수강하는 경우, 다음의 절차를 확인하여 입사를 준비해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 입사 절차
입사 신청서 제출
▪대면강의(실험·실습·실기 포함)로 결정된 강좌를 수강하는 학생
▪입사 신청서를 생활관 이메일(muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 제출
▪제출기간 : 2020.5.6.(수) 부터
▪대면 강의 수강여부 확인 후 입사 허가 안내문 개별통지
거주기간
5.13.(수) ~ 6.27.(토)
입사시간
입사당일 09:00~17:00 , 야간 입사 불가

▪결핵진단서(원본) 1부 / (이동결핵검사학생 미제출)
▪출입국 사실 증명서 1부 (정부24 ’에서 인터넷발급)
-외국에서 입국 후 14일이 경과한 이후 입사 가능

마스크, 개인용 체온계, 손세정제 등 개인위생 용품
2. 입사당일 절차
가. 발열 및 호흡기 증상 확인 → 문진표 작성, 서약서 서명 후 제출 → 입사
나. 입사제한 및 유의사항
1) 입사 당일 필수 제출 서류 미비 시 입사가 불가함
2) 확진환자와 접촉한 자는 증상 유무에 관계없이 2주 후 입사
3) 입사 당일 반드시 마스크를 착용하고 입사하여야하며, 미착용시 입사 불가함
4) 코로나19 감염 예방을 위해 학부모님 및 외부인의 기숙사 출입을 금지함
3. 2020-1학기 입사일 지연 및 퇴사일 연기(2020.6.27.퇴사)로 인한 환불 절차 안내
가. 학사포탈 계좌 확인 및 수정 : 2020.5.1.(금) ~ 5.8(금)
나. 생활관 환불 : 2020.5.25.(월) ~ 5.29(금)
다. 환불 금액 : 별도 공지 예정
라. 대면수업참가 대상이 아닌 학생은 입사 취소 대상이며 취소신청서를 작성하여, 생활관 이메일
(muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 제출해야 환불이 진행됨
마. 2020-1학기 입사자로 선발된 사생 중 코로나19 사유로 입사 취소 및 중도 퇴사자도 2020-2학기에 한하여
연장 등록 대상에 포함할 예정임

외국인 및 재외국민 전용 안내문
According to the decision of the academic board, only students who take face-to-face classes will be permitted to move into dormitories. This is to protect the health and safety of students from the spread of COVID-19 infection, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Therefore, if you take a course that has been decided as a face-to-face lecture (including experiment, practice, and practice) among the students who are eligible for the 2020-1 semester, please check the following procedure and prepare for move-in procedure if you meet the criteria.
Dormitory move-in criteria
Object and Requirements
▪Students taking courses determined by face-to-face lectures (including experiments, practices, and practical skills)
▪Submit an application for move-in approval (attached file: 입사신청서) via e-mail at muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr
▪Submission period: After May 6 (Wed.), 2020
▪Individual notice of move-in date notice after checking whether a person is taking a class face-to-face
Period of Residence
May 13 (Wed.) ~ June 27 (Sat.), 2020
Check-in Time
09:00 to 17:00 / NOT permitted to move-in before and after the check-in time
Required Documents on the Move-in Date
▪Tuberculosis diagnosis (original)
▪One copy of the 출입국사실증명서 (issued on the Internet at 정부24, government 24)
-You can move-in to dormitories 14 days after entering the Korea from abroad.
Things to Prepare to Move-in
Personal hygiene products such as masks, personal thermometer, hand sanitizer, etc.
2. Procedures on the day of move-in
A. Check for fever and respiratory symptoms → Complete a questionnaire, sign and submit a pledge → Receive Check-in
B. Move-in restrictions and precautions
1) Unable to check-in if required documents are not completed on the move-in date.
2) Those who come into contact with a confirmed COVID-19 patient can move-in after two weeks, regardless of whether they have symptoms or not.
3) You must wear a mask on the day of move-in date, and you check-in if you do not wear a mask.
4) Parents and non-residents are prohibited from entering the dormitory to prevent COVID-19 infection.
3. 2020-1 Refund procedure due to delay of move-in date and cancelling the dormitory
A. Modifying personal account number on student portal period: May 1(Fri.) ~ May 8(Fri.), 2020
B. Refund dates for the delay of move-in date: May 25(Mon.) ~ May 29(Fri.), 2020
C. Refund amount : Additional announcement will be made
D. Students who are not eligible for face-to-face classes are eligible to cancel their move-in and fill out an application form for cancellation (attached file: 취소신청서),and send an e-mail (muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr) to Housing Office.
E. Among the students selected for the 2020-1 semester, those who cancel or move-out from the dormitory due to COVID-19 are also subjected to extension registration (Except Muak#4 residents due to the upcoming remodelling plan)
