국제캠퍼스 Residential College(RC) 교육에 기여할 수 있는 리더십과 책임감이 강한 Residential Assistant(RA)를 다음과 같이 모집하고자 하오니 많이 지원해 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 선발인원
◦ 00명
2. 지원자격 및 우대사항
◦ 연세대학교 1년 이상 재학한 학생으로 연세대학교 대학원, 학부 2~4학년 재학 또는 휴학생
◦ RC 교육에 대한 열의와 봉사정신, 리더십이 탁월한 연세인
◦ 학점 평량평균 3.0/4.3 이상, 송도학사 벌점 10점 미만인 학생
◦ 국제캠퍼스 기숙사에 상주할 수 있는 학생(근무기간: 2017.2.20.(월) ~ 2017.6.22.(목), 근무시간: 일요일 ~ 목요일 20:00 ~ 24:00)
◦ 우대사항: 외국어 능통(아리스토텔레스/특임 RA), 행정업무/디자인/동영상/OA 프로그램 능통(특임 RA)
3. House RA의 기본역할
◦ 국제캠퍼스 기숙사에 거주하며 RC 학생들의 멘토로서 공동체 생활 지도 및 지원
◦ Residential Master(RM) 교수의 조교 역할
◦ 하우스 프로그램 개발, 기획, 운영
◦ 하우스 내 1학년 교과목 튜터 역할
◦ 페어런츠데이, 연고전 업무 지원
◦ RA 정례(임시)회의 참석 및 담당학생 상황 보고
4. 특임 RA의 기본역할
◦ RC 전체 프로그램 운영, 지원
◦ RC교육원 소속으로 RC교육원장의 조교 역할
◦ 페어런츠데이, 연고전 업무 지원
◦ RA 정례(임시)회의 참석 및 기타 RC 교육 업무에 협조
5. 장학금 및 지원사항
◦ 장학금: 근로장학금(1,800,000원)+기숙사비(956,000원)
◦ RA 리더십개발론(2학점, 절대평가) 및 RA 리더십개발 실습(1학점, P/NP) 수강

◦ 사진 및 증명서(재학(휴학) 증명서 및 성적증명서 각 1부)는 스캔하여 첨부
◦ 하우스 RA 지원 시 하우스 1지망 선택 가능(하우스 배정 결과는 지망 하우스와 다르게 결정될 수 있음)
◦ 특임 RA와 하우스 RA 동시 지원 불가
◦ 지원서는 한글, 영문 작성 가능(단, International House 지원 학생은 반드시 영문 작성)

Spring 2017 YIC Residential Assistant(RA) Recruitment
The YIC Residential College(RC) is looking for responsible, enthusiastic students with leadership to work as Residential Assistants during the spring semester of 2017.
1. Recruiting Number
◦ 00
2. Eligibility and Preferences
◦ Students who have been enrolled at Yonsei University over 1 year; graduate School or Undergraduate (2nd-4th year) students who are currently enrolled or on leave
◦ Yonseians who are passionate about the RC education, community service, and leadership
◦ Students with a minimum of a 3.0/4.3 overall average GPA and with less than 10 penalty points
◦Students who can live on campus(Dates of Employment: 2017 February 20 (Mon) ~ 2017 June 22 (Thu). Working hours: Sundays ~Thursdays 20:00 ~ 24:00)
◦ Students who can speak a foreign language(preferable for Aristotle or Allen House RAs), students who are confident with administrative work or OA programs (preferable for Administrative RAs)
3. House RA's Responsibility
◦ While residing in YIC dorm, a RA are expected to assist(counsel) and support RC students' community life as a mentor.
◦ Serve a role as a Residential Master's(RM) TA
◦ Plan, execute and operate overall RC program and respective house programs
◦ House tutoring program for freshmen class
◦ Provide support on Parents’ Day and at Yon-Ko League
◦ Attend regular(temporal) RA meeting and report students whom he is in charge of
4. Administrative RA's Responsibility
◦ Execute and support RC Common Programs
◦ Assist the RC Center as TAs of the Head of the Residential College
◦ Provide support on Parents’ Day and at Yon-Ko League
◦ Attend regular(temporal) RA meeting and assist other RC events and programs
5. Remuneration and Benefits
◦ Scholarship: Working student scholarship(\1,800,000) + Dormitory fee (\956,000)
◦ RA Leadership Development course(2 credits, absolute grading) and RA Leadership Development Practice course(1 credit, P/NP)

◦ Submit photo and a scanned copy of the required documents(Transcript, Certificate of Enrollment or Leave of Absence)
◦ Applicants may express a preferred House(final assignments may be different)
◦ Applicants must apply separately for Administrative RA positions(cannot apply for both House RA and Administrative RA positions)
◦ Applications can be written in both English and Korean(applications for International Houses must be written in English
