2018학년도 겨울방학 (장기: 대학원생) 입사신청 안내

Housing Application for Winter Vacation 2018


1. 신청대상 : 연세대학교 대학원생

Eligibility : Graduate students


2. 신청방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)-> 입사정보 -> 개별입사신청

On-line application procedure :
"https://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr” > Log-in > Click on “Apply(입사신청)” > Click on the button “개별입사신청(Apply)” at the bottom right corner > Fill in the application form > Click on the button “완료(OK)” to complete the application at the bottom right corner


3. 신청기간 : 11. 21.(수) 09:30 ~ 11. 29.(목) 16:00

Appling period : Nov. 21nd(Wed), 2018, 09:30 ~ Nov. 29th(Thu), 2018, 16:00


4. 등록기간 : 12. 3.(월) 09:30 ~ 12. 6.(목) 16:00

Fee payment (It’s necessary to apply first) :
Dec. 3th(Mon), 2018, 09:30 ~ Dec.6th(Thu), 2018, 16:00


5. 등록방법 : 대학원생은 입사신청 후 위 등록기간에 "생활관 홈페이지-입사정보"에서
개별 가상계좌번호 확인 후 해당계좌로 입금.(입금 시 반드시 본인이름으로 입금바람)

※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소(기간 및 시간 엄수)

You can check your assigned account number for your registration. Check your account number at “Apply” on the website during the registration period. -> Send the registration fee at the account number. -> Deposit must be done in the applicant’s name.

※ If you do not pay the fee during this period, your application will be cancelled.


6. 입사기간: 장기선입사 : 18. 12. 22.(토) 14:00 ~ 19. 2. 16.(토) 12:00

장기일반입사 :18. 12. 26.(수) 15:00 ~ 19. 2. 16.(토) 12:00

장기연속입사 : 18. 12. 22.(토) 14:00 ~ 19. 2. 28.(목) 12:00

(단, 연속입사신청은 19년 3월 매지 3학사 입사예정자에 한함.)

※ 12월 22일 오후 2시 선입사자 및 연속입사자는 청소 지원이 되지 않음을 양해바랍니다.

※ 장학금으로 입사비를 지원받는 외국인 대학원생들도 반드시 입사신청을 해야 합니다.


Move-in Schedule:

1) Schedule-I : Dec. 22nd(Sat), 2018, 14:00 ~ Feb. 16th(Sat), 2019, 12:00

2) Schedule-II : Dec. 26th(Wed), 2018, 15:00~Feb.16th(Sat), 2019, 12:00

3) Schedule-III : Dec. 22nd(Sat), 2018, 14:00 ~ Feb. 28th(Thu), 2019, 12:00

※ Schedule III  is  only  available  for   those   who   are   going   to   enter  Maeji  Quad   in   March   2019.

※ If students who selected one of 3 schedules want to have roommates who selected the other one(e.g. schedule 2 and schedule 3 being in one room), Housing Office cannot provide any cleaning for the room.

※ Students who received scholarship for the dormitory also need to submit the application via website.

※ 방학 중 학교 일정 및 외부개방 행사가 진행될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.
Winter programs or events might be held during the summer vacation and cause noise and sound.

※ 겨울철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙제어 됩니다.
Maintenance of facilities might cause some inconveniences.

※ 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생될 수 있습니다. 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.
We appreciate your understanding of inconveniences in advance.


8. 룸메이트 신청 : 생활관홈페이지 -> 입사정보 -> 개별입사신청 작성 시 룸메이트 정보에
본인을 제외한 룸메이트 3명의 학번, 이름, 학과 순으로 기재하여 신청
Assigning roommates : To assign roommates by themselves, applicants need to write all three names of roommates in the roommates info. in the application form.


※ 학번, 이름, 학과를 모두 입력해야 정상 등록됩니다. 미입력 시 신청이 안됩니다.

※ 2인이상 지정하면 룸메이트 가능 (빈자리에는 랜덤으로 룸메이트 미신청 학생 입사)
※ 장기입사자와 계절입사자는 룸메이트 신청 불가(장기-장기, 계절-계절만 가능)

※ 일반입사자가 선입사자 또는 연속입사자와 룸메이트 할 경우 해당 방은 청소지원 어려움

※ 신청기간 이외에는 룸메이트 신청 불가 (랜덤 배정)

9. 준 비 물 : 세면도구, 침구류, 학생증 등
Things to prepare : Toiletries, bedding, student ID card, etc.

- 신청방법 : 생활관 홈페이지의 서식자료실에 있는 입사비 반환 신청서를

E-mail (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 접수 (환불처리는 1~2주 소요)

- How to apply for the refund
> Download the application form (퇴사및환불신청서:Refund request)
at the dormitory website : -> “Community” ->Form Archive
> Send an email at mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr 
(Refund procedure generally takes for 1~2 weeks.)
