2023년 2월 졸업 신청 안내  [학사학위수료자 대상]



1. 신청 대상: 학사학위수료자
    
2. 신청 기간: 2022. 9. 1.(목) ~ 2023. 1. 31.(화)

3. 신청 방법: 연세포탈서비스 (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 학사관리 접속 후 학적-졸업-졸업신청 메뉴에서 신청

    * 졸업 또는 수료 신청 후 신청 내역을 "졸업 여부 신청내역 확인" 메뉴를 통해 최종 확인을 부탁드립니다.


4. 신청 구분 

    1) 졸업 신청: “2023년 2월 학위수여일에 졸업하고자 합니다.“ 선택

    2) 수료 유지: “계속 수료 상태로 남겠습니다.” 선택


5. 유의사항

    1) 학사학위수료자의 신분은 재학연한 범위 내에서만 가능(재학연한 마지막 학기에는 자동 졸업)

    2) 학사학위수료 상태에서의 졸업 신청 시(~1월 말/~7월 말) 정해진 학위수여일(2월/8월)에 졸업 처리됨

          [학사학위수료자는 재학상태로 환원 불가]

    3) 수강신청, 휴학신청, 기숙사신청이 불가함

    4) 수료 확정 이후에 추가로 부전공, 마이크로전공 신청 불허함

    5) 학사학위수료자는 최우등,우등 졸업상의 대상에서 제외됨

    6) 도서관 서비스는 졸업생과 동일한 기준을 적용하며, 자세한 사항은 학술정보원 홈페이지 에서 확인바람

    7) 재적증명서, 수료증명서, 성적증명서, 학적부, 졸업예정증명서(졸업신청 시에만 발급), 장학금수혜증명서

         (장학금 수혜자만 발급) 발급이 가능함

Notices for February 2023 Graduation Application

 [for students in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree"]



1. Subject: Students in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" after Commencement Day.


2. Application Period: September 1 (Thurs), 2022 ~ January 31 (Tue), 2023


3. Visit the Yonsei portal system (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Student Record → Graduation/Advancement → 

     Graduation   Application

    * Please confirm your graduation application status at the "Graduation Application Status" menu.


4. Application Criteria

    1)  Application for "Graduation": Select “I will graduate in February 2023”

    2)  Remaining in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree": Select "I will remain in the state of 

          Completion of Bachelor's Degree after Commencement Day in February 2023."


5. Notices

    1)  You can remain in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" only within the maximum period of 

          enrollment (you will be graduated automatically in the last semester).
    2)  When you apply for graduation in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree"
         (until end of January/until end of July), you will graduate in the following February/August.
          [Students in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" cannot change their status back to the status 

          as current students.]
    3)  Course enrollment, leave of absence, and dormitory application will not be available.

    4)  Additional minor, micro major cannot apply after "COMPLETION" is confirmed.

    5)  Students in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" are not eligible for Academic Honors

         (Highest Honors/High Honors).

    6)  Library services are available as same as graduates. Please check Yonsei University Library website 

         for more details.

    7)  Certificate of Enrollment, Certificate of  Completion, Academic Transcript, Certificate of Expected Graduation

          (only for applicants of graduation), Certificate of Recipient of Scholarship(only for Scholarship Recipient)
          can be issued under the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree."
