2023년 2월 졸업 신청 안내
1. 신청 기간: 2022. 8. 12.(금) ~ 8. 31.(수)
* 수강신청 마일리지 신청 결과 조회 작업을 위해 8월 17일(수) 하루만 졸업신청 시스템 이용이 불가함을 양해 부탁드립니다.
2. 신청 방법: 연세포탈시스템(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 학사관리 접속 후 학적-졸업-졸업신청 메뉴에서 신청
3. 신청 구분
1) 졸업 신청: “2023년 2월 학위수여일에 졸업하고자 합니다.“ 선택
2) 수료 신청: “2023년 2월 학위수여일 이후에 수료 상태로 남겠습니다.” 선택
- 2023년 2월 학위수여일 이후 ‘수료’의 학적상태로 변경됨
- 2023학년도 1학기부터 수강신청 및 휴학신청이 불가함
- 수료 상태에서의 졸업 신청 시(~1월 말/~7월 말) 정해진 학위수여일(2월/8월)에 졸업 처리됨
- 수료자의 신분은 재학연한 범위 내에서만 가능(재학연한 마지막 학기에는 자동 졸업)
3) 연기 신청: “졸업하지 않고 재학 상태로 학업을 계속하겠습니다.” 선택
4. 조기졸업 신청
1) 신청방법 : 조기졸업신청원을 작성하여 학사지원팀으로 제출(관련 공지문 및 서식은 3월 초에 홈페이지 공지사항에 안내 예정)
2) 신청기간 : 2022. 9. 14.(수) ~ 9. 20.(화)까지
3) 조기졸업 요건
- 총 6학기 이상을 이수한 자로서 졸업에 필요한 모든 요건을 충족하는 자
- 계절학기를 포함하여 취득한 모든 교과목을 통산한 성적의 평량평균의 3.75 이상인 자
* 편입생, 학사경고자, 의학/치의학/건축학(5년제) 학생은 제외됨
5. 유의사항
1) 졸업 심사 대상은 졸업신청, 수료신청 대상자에 한하며, 휴학생은 졸업 심사 대상이 아닙니다.
■ 졸업요건을 충족하고 더 이상 수강 의사가 없으면 반드시 졸업 또는 수료를 신청하여야 합니다.
■ 졸업연기 신청자 중 졸업요건을 충족한 경우라도 졸업 또는 수료를 하려면, 졸업 심사를 받는 마지막 정규학기에는 한 과목 이상 수강하여 재학 중인 상태에서만 졸업 또는 수료를 신청할 수 있습니다.[졸업/수료 불가자]
1) 휴학 중 계절제 이수 후 졸업요건을 충족한 자
2) 졸업요건을 충족한 휴학생
3) 졸업요건을 충족하였지만 마지막 정규학기에 수강신청을 하지 않은 재학생
2) 당해학기 졸업예정증명서는 졸업신청자에 한하여 학기 개시일 이후에 발급됩니다.
(재학 중인 경우는 해당 학기를 포함하여 졸업학점 충족이 가능한 상태이어야 하며, 등록금 납부를 완료하여야 함)
3) 부전공, 마이크로전공, 또는 제3전공 이상의 복수전공 이수를 희망하는 졸업·수료신청자는 반드시 원하는 전공을 선택 후 저장하여야 합니다(미신청시 심사대상에서 제외됨).
4) 조기졸업 신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우는 교무처 학사지원팀(언더우드관 B101호)으로 방문하여 취소원을 제출하여야 합니다.5) 졸업 심사결과는 2023년 2월 둘째 주에 연세포탈(학사정보시스템→학사관리→졸업 →졸업심사결과조회)에서 확인이 가능합니다.
Notices for February 2023 Graduation Application
1. Application Period: August 12 (Fri) - August 31 (Wed), 2022
* Please understand that the graduation application system will be unavailable only for one day on August 17th (Wed) to check the course enrollment results.
2. Visit the Yonsei portal system (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Student Record → Graduation/Advancement → Graduation Application
3. Application Criteria
1) Application for "Graduation": Select "I will graduate in February 2023."
2) Application for "Completion of Course": Select "I will be in the state of Completion of Course after Commencement Day in February 2023."
- After Commencement Day in February 2023, your status will be changed to "Completion of Course."
- Course enrollment and leave of absence will be unavailable from the spring semester of 2023.
- When you apply for graduation in the state of "Completion of Course'(- end of January/ - end of July), you will graduate on the following February/August.
- You can remain in the state of "Completion of Course" only within the maximum enrollment period.
(You will be graduated automatically in the last semester)
3) Application for "Pending Graduation": Select "I will not graduate and continue to study."
4. Early Graduation Application
1) Submission: The application should fill out the application form for the early graduation and submit it to the Academic Support Team.
2) Application Period: September 14 (Wed) - September 20 (Tue)
3) Qualification
- Students who completed a minimum of 6 semesters in total and satisfy graduation requirements
- A cumulative GPA is 3.75 or above (on the 4.3 scale)
* Grade should cover the whole school year, including the summer course.
* Students from Department of 5-year course), College of Medicine, College of Dentistry,
Transfer students and Academic warning recipients cannot apply.
5. Notices
1) Graduation qualification review is applicable to those who apply for 「Graduation」 or 「Completion」, and students on leave are not applicable for the review.
■ If you have fulfilled the graduation requirements and are no longer willing to take courses, you must apply for 「Graduation」 or 「Completion」.
■ For graduation-delay applicants, students who already fulfilled the graduation requirements should register for at least one course during the last semester (Spring / Fall) in order to apply for 「Graduation」 or 「Completion」.[Not Eligible for Graduation or Completion]
1) Student who fulfills the graduation requirements after completing the summer/winter session
while taking a leave of absence
2) Student on leave who meets the graduation requirements
3) Students who have fulfilled graduation requirements but did not register for any class in the last semester2) Certificate of expected graduation is only issued to graduation applicants after the semester begins
(You must pay tuition and be able to complete all the required graduation credits, including the currently attending semester (summer/winter sessions)).
3) Students who would like to declare a minor, micro major, or 3rd major (or more) should choose the major
they want and save it when applying for graduation or completion.4) If an early graduation applicant wants to cancel the application, please submit the cancellation form of the early graduation to the Academic Support Team (Underwood Hall B101).
5) Graduation qualification review results will be notified on the Yonsei Portal System around the second week of February 2023. (Academic Information System → Academic Management System → Graduation Result)
