<2022년 방학권 및 7월 회원등록 안내>

2022년도 방학권 및 7월 회원등록 신청을 다음과 같이 접수하려고 하오니 많은 이용 바랍니다.

1. 회원등록기간 : 6월 28일(화) ~ 6월 30일(목) 오전 7시 ~ 오후 7시

※ 남학생(종일) : 6월 28일(화) 오전 7시부터 선착순 접수 (600명)

남학생(오전) : 6월 28일(화) 오전 7시부터 선착순 접수 (200명)

※ 여학생(종일) : 6월 29일(수) 오전 7시부터 선착순 접수 (400명)

여학생(오전) : 6월 29일(수) 오전 7시부터 선착순 접수 (200명)

※ 교직원 및 직계가족: 6월 28일(화) ~ 6월 30일(목) 오전 7시 ~ 오후 7시

※ 6월 30일 (목): 남학생, 여학생, 교직원 회원등록 접수

2. 준비물 : 학생증 / 교직원 신분증 반드시 지참

3. 카드 결제만 가능하며, 현금 및 계좌이체는 불가능합니다.

4. 졸업생은 센터 이용이 불가능합니다.

5. 추후 상시 등록 가능하나 7월권은 7월 내에서만, 방학권은 방학 내에만 이용 가능합니다.

<회원 등록 절차>

① 피트니스 센터에서 상기 회원권 유형에 따라 6월 28일 (화) 오전 7시부터 회원가입 신청서를 선착순 배부합니다.

② 회원가입 신청서 수령 후 등록 절차는 신청서를 수령하러 오시는 날에 공지해드립니다.

③ 회원가입 신청서를 수령했다 하더라도 등록기간 내에 방문하여 등록을 하지 않으면 신청이 자동 취소됩니다.

④ 대리 신청은 불가하며, 반드시 본인이 직접 방문 신청을 하셔야 합니다.

⑤ 등록 후 명의 변경 및 환불은 불가하기에 이 점 유념하시고 등록하시기 바랍니다.

〈 공 지 사 항 〉

① 운영시간:

- 평일 07:00~19:00 (일일 12시간 운영)

- 토/일요일 및 공휴일 휴관. * 8월 15일 광복절

③ 센터 이용자가 많은 관계로 1일 1회만 이용이 가능합니다.

④ 사물함 신청은 방학권 등록하신 회원만 신청 가능합니다.

➄ 회원등록 후 명의변경, 환불 및 연기가 불가합니다.

★피트니스 이용 기간

한달권(7월): 7월 1일 ~ 7월 30일

방학권(7월, 8월) : 7월 1일 ~ 8월 31일

Registration Notifications>

※ The registration procedures for July 2022 and Summer Vacation are as follows:

1. Membership

Registration Period: June 28th(Tue) - June 30th(Thu) 7am ~ 7pm

※ Male students (all day): June 28 (Tue)

First come, first served (600 people) from 7 a.m. on June 28 (Tue)

Male students (morning): June 28 (Tue)

First come, first served (200 people) from 7 a.m. on June 28 (Tue)

※ Female students (all day): June 29 (Wed)

First come, first served (400 people) from 7 a.m. on June 29 (Wed)

Female students (morning): June 29 (Wed)

First-come, first-served (200 people) from 7 a.m. on June 29 (Wed)

※ Faculty and family: June 28 (Tue) ~ June 30 (Thu) 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m

※ June 30 (Thu): Male, Female students & Faculty membership registration

2. Requirement: Student or Faculty/Staff ID card.

3. Payment method: Only Credit card (Cash and Online payments are not allowed).

4. Graduates are not allowed to use the fitness center.

5. You can register at all times later, but the July membership is only available within July and the vacation membership is only available within the vacation.

① Membership application will be distributed at the fitness center. (e.g. full day membership application for male students will be distributed from 7 am on June 28th)

② Further process for registration will be informed on the day you come to receive the membership application.

③ You must register in a given time or your request will be automatically cancelled

even though you had received the membership application.

④ Membership application must be signed by the applicant.

⑤ Please note that transfer of the registration or refund after registration is not

available.

〈 Announcement Items>

① Operating hours:

- Weekdays from 07:00 to 19:00 (open 12 hours a day)

- Closed on Saturday/Sunday and Public Holidays. *August 15th, National Liberation Day

③ You can use it only once a day because there are many users of the center.

④ Only members who have registered vacation membership can apply for lockers.

➄ You cannot change the name, refund, or postpone it after membership registration.

★Period of use

Monthly (July): July 1 to July 30

Vacation (July, August): July 1st to August 31th
