2022년 8월 졸업신청 최종 확인 및 변경 안내


 

 1. 졸업 신청내역 최종 변경기간 : 2022. 7. 4.(월) 오전 9시 ~ 7. 6.(수) 오후 5시


 2. 신청방법 : 연세포탈시스템(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 학사관리 접속 후 학적-졸업-졸업신청 메뉴에서 신청


3. 유의사항

1) 졸업 심사 대상은 졸업신청, 수료신청 대상자에 한하며, 휴학생은 졸업 심사 대상이 아닙니다. 
     ■ 졸업요건을 충족하고 더 이상 수강 의사가 없으면 반드시 졸업 또는 수료를 신청하여야 합니다.
     ■ 졸업연기 신청자 중 졸업요건을 충족한 경우라도 졸업 또는 수료를 하려면, 졸업 심사를 받는 마지막 
          정규학기에는 한 과목 이상 수강하여 재학 중인 상태에서만 졸업 또는 수료를 신청할 수 있습니다.


 [졸업/수료 불가자]

 1) 휴학 중 계절제 이수 후 졸업요건을 충족한 자

 2) 졸업요건을 충족한 휴학생

 3) 졸업요건을 충족하였지만 마지막 정규학기에 수강신청을 하지 않은 재학생


 2) 당해학기 졸업예정증명서는 졸업신청자에 한하여 발급됩니다.

 3) 부전공, 마이크로전공, 또는 제3전공 이상의 복수전공 이수를 희망하는 졸업·수료신청자는 반드시 원하는 전공을 
      선택 후 저장하여야 합니다. (미신청시 심사대상에서 제외됨)

 4) 조기졸업 신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우는 6월 말까지 교무처 학사지원팀(언더우드관 B101호)으로 방문하여 취소원을 제출하여야 합니다.

5) 최종 기간이므로, 정해진 기간 이후에는 더이상 졸업신청의 변경이 불가합니다. 

6) 졸업 심사결과는 2022년 8월 둘째 주에 연세포탈(학사정보시스템→학사관리→졸업 →졸업심사결과조회)에서 확인이 가능합니다.


 ※ 졸업심사를 통한 수료 확정자 유의사항

 ■ 졸업 심사에서 수료로 확정이 되면 2022년 8월 학위수여일 기준으로 학적상태가 ‘수료’로 변경됩니다(2022년 8월 졸업 대상이 아님).

 - 수료 확정 이후에 추가로 부전공, 마이크로전공 신청을 불허합니다.

 ■ ‘수료’로 변경된 이후에는 다시 ‘재학’상태로 변경할 수 없습니다.

 ■ 수료자는 2022학년도 2학기부터 수강신청, 휴학신청이 불가능하며, 도서관/기숙사/셔틀버스 등의 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

 ■ 수료자는 재적증명서가 발급되며, 졸업예정증명서는 ‘졸업 신청’으로 변경하여야 발급 가능합니다.

 ■ 수료자는 졸업하고자 하는 학기에 졸업 신청(신청 기한: 1월 말/7월 말)을 하면 2월/8월 학위수여일에 졸업할 수 있습니다.

 ■ 수료자의 신분은 재학연한 범위 내에서만 가능하며, 재학연한 마지막 학기에는 자동으로 졸업됩니다.

 ■ 수료자는 (최)우등 졸업상의 대상에는 제외됩니다.

Final Application for Changing Graduation Plan in August 2022



1. Period: 9 am, July 4 (Mon) ~ 5 pm, July 6 (Wed), 2022


2. How to Change Final Graduation Application Status

Visit the Yonsei Portal System (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Student Record → Graduation/Advancement → Graduation Application


3. References

1) Graduation qualification review is applicable to those who apply for 「Graduation」 or 「Completion」, and

       students on leave are not applicable for the review.
     ■ If you have fulfilled the graduation requirements and are no longer willing to take courses, you must apply for 「Graduation」 or 「Completion」.
     ■ For graduation-delay applicants, students who already fulfilled the graduation requirements should register 

         at least one course during the last semester (Spring / Fall) in order to apply for 「Graduation」 or  「Completion」.


[Not Eligible for Graduation or Completion]
1) Student who fulfills the graduation requirements by completing the summer / winter session
while on a leave of absence
2) Student on leave who has completed the graduation requirements
3) Student who has fulfilled graduation requirements but did not register any class in last semester


2) Certificate of expected graduation will be issued to graduation applicants only.

3) Students who would like to declare a minor, micro major, or 3rd major (or more) should choose the major 

      they want and save it when applying for graduation or completion.

     Students who failed to apply for minor / micro major / 3rd major will not be granted. 

4) If an early graduation applicant wants to cancel the application, please submit the cancellation form 
by the end of June to the Academic Support Team. (Underwood Hall B101)

5) Please be sure to remember this is the last chance to change the graduation application status.

6) Graduation qualification review result will be notified in the second week of August 2022 on the Yonsei Portal

 System. (Academic Information System → Academic Management System → Graduation Result)

 <Detail information on "Completion" Status>

 ■ After you have been assessed as “COMPLETION” as of Commencement Day in August 2022, 

 you do not have to register any more courses from fall semester, 2022. Only those who apply for

 ‘Completion of Course’ and pass the graduation qualification review, their academic status will be 

 changed to the state of “COMPLETION” as of Commencement Day in August 2022. 

 (Not eligible to graduate in August 2022)

 - Additional minor, micro major cannot apply after "COMPLETION" is confirmed.

 ■ Once you have passed the graduation qualification review as “COMPLETION” and your academic status 

 has changed to the state of Completion, your status cannot be changed back to the status as a current student.

 ■ Course enrollment, leave of absence, and dormitory application will not be available from fall semester, 

 2022. 

 Also, Library services are available as same as graduates.

 ■ Certificate of enrollment will be issued to students in the state of ‘Completion of Course’, and certificate of 

 expected graduation will be issued after they change their status to 'graduation application'.

 ■ When you apply for graduation in the state of 'Completion of Course' (~end of January/~end of July), 

  you will graduate on the following February/August.

 ■ You can remain in the state of 'Completion of Course' only within the maximum period of enrollment. 

 (you will be graduated automatically in the last semester)

 ■ Students in the state of 'Completion of Course' are not eligible for Academic Honors.
