1) 2024-1학기 신청기간: 2024. 2. 21.(수) 09:00:00 ~ 3. 6.(수) 17:59:59


2) 신청방법 : 연세포탈 > 학사정보시스템 > 학사행정 > 수업 > 대학원교과목수강신청

 ※ 대학원 교과목은 수업운영 특성 및 담당교수님의 판단에 따라 수강이 반려될 수 있습니다. 수강신청변경기간 이후에는 대학원교과목 수강반려를 사유로 다른 과목에 수강신청하는 것이 불가능하니, 수강신청변경기간 내에 대학원교과목 수강 승인 여부를 반드시 확인하시어 이번학기 수강 계획에 참고하기 바랍니다.


3) 3,4학년 학생은 학기당 이수학점 제한 범위 내에서, 학기당 6학점(2과목), 총 12학점(4과목) 이내에서 본 대학원 개설과목을 수강할 수 있음


4) 대학원 교과목을 수강하여 취득한 학점은 본인의 선택에 따라 학부(3~4천단위 일반선택 학점으로 인정) 또는 동 대학원 진학시 취득학점으로 인정함(중복인정 안됨)

① 학부-대학원(석사 및 석‧박사)연계과정 학생은 대학원 학점으로만 인정됨

② 방학기간 중에 개설하는 수업, 집중강의, 현장실습과목 등은 수강 불가


5) 대학원과목의 성적 처리

① 2021학년도 이전 학번: 학부생이 대학원 과목을 수강할 경우 성적은 Letter Grade로 평가되나, 평량평균 환산에는 포함되지 않음
※ 단, 학부 이수학점으로 인정받는 경우 학기별 (최)우등상·우수상 및 (최)우등졸업 선발시에는 평량평균에 포함

② 2022학년도 이후 학번: 대학원 이수학점으로 인정받은 경우 2021학년도 이전 입학자와 동일하나, 학부 이수학점으로 인정받은 경우 대학원과목의 성적은 평량평균 환산에 포함함




Students who plan to enroll in graduate courses should submit the enrollment application on the portal system as below.


1) Period: 2024.2.21.(Wed) 09:00:00 ~ 3.6.(Wed) 17:59:59


2) Go to: Yonsei Portal > Academic Information System >  Courses > Application for postgraduate course

※ Graduate courses may be rejected depending on the nature of the class. Even if you are rejected from taking a graduate course, it is NOT possible to register for another course after the course add&drop period. Please be sure to check whether you have been approved to take graduate courses within the course add&drop period to avoid any disruption to your plans for this semester.


3) Junior and Senior undergraduate students are eligible to enroll in graduate school courses for up to 6 credits (2 courses) per semester within the per-semester course limit, and up to 12 credits (4 courses) in total.


4) Graduate courses can be counted either toward undergraduate graduation requirements or be reserved for graduate degree requirements, depending on the student's preference, but cannot be counted towards both degrees.

※ For students in the Integrated Undergraduate-Graduate Program, graduate courses count only towards the masters degree.


5) For students admitted in 2021 and before, graduate courses will be evaluated using the letter grade scale, but will not be computed into the undergraduate student's GPA. 

    However, in case the graduate courses are counted toward undergraduate degree requirement, the grades will be included when calculating the criteria for receiving the highest/high honor roll.


6) For students admitted in 2022 and thereafter, in case the graduate courses are counted toward graduate degree requirement, they will not be computed into the undergraduate student's GPA.

    However, if the graduate courses are counted toward undergraduate degree requirement, they will be included in undergraduate GPA.
