2020-2학기 신촌캠퍼스 생활관 입사 무기한 연기 안내
코로나19 감염증이 서울, 경기 등 수도권으로 급속히 확산되고 있어 우리대학교는 2020-2학기 중 간고사기간까지 전면 온라인 수업으로 결정함에 따라, 신촌캠퍼스 생활관[무악학사, 우정원, 법현학 사] 2학기 입사를 연기하게 되었음을 다음과 같이 안내하오니, 2학기 입사 예정자분들의 이해와 협조를 부탁드립니다
1. 2020-2학기 기숙사 신규 입사 무기한 연기
가. 2020-2학기 기숙사 입사예정일이 2020. 8.28(금)∼31(월)이나 「무기한 연기」로 결정
나. 중간고사 이후 대면 수업이 실시될 경우 2020.10.12.(월)에 입사일을 재공고할 예정임
다. 현 거주자의 경우에도 비대면 수업이 진행되므로 가급적 퇴사를 권고함
2. 기숙사 입사 운영 방침
가. 기숙사 거주 인원 최소화 원칙 유지
나. 불가피한 경우에만 검토하여 신규입사 허용
1) 관련 공문 및 증빙자료 제출 시 검토하여 2020.8.28.(금)∼31(월) 입사여부 결정 - 코로나19 검사 결과서 제출
2) 기숙사 입사 가능 대상
· 치과대학, 간호대학 실습생 : 대학 요청
· 대학원생 중 사무실 조교 및 필수연구 참여자 : 대학원 요청
· 국가근로장학생 : 근로채용 부서 요청
· 국내 거주지가 없는 재외국민 및 외국인유학생(국내 입국 후 14일 이상 경과한 학생)
: 코로나19_입사 요청서(홈페이지 서식자료실_별첨) 제출
· 기타 공적인 업무 수행(공식 실험, 실습 포함)을 위하여 필요하다고 판단되는 경우
: 관련 부서(대학) 요청(교무처 또는 대학원 확인 포함)
다. 기숙사 운영 방안
1) 환불신청기간
- 방학 중 거주자 : 2020.8.21.(금) 12:00 까지 취소 시 전액 환불
▻취소학생 퇴사일시 : 2020.8.21.(금) 17:00까지
- 재입사 및 신규입사자 : 2020.8.27.(목) 16:00까지 취소 시 전액 환불
- 환불신청절차 : dorm.yonsei.ac.kr -> 환불신청 버튼 클릭 -> 로그인 -> 입사취소신청 클릭
2) 중간고사 이후에 오프라인 수업으로 전환될 경우에는 입사 취소(환불 신청)한 학생들에 게 입사 우선권을 부여함
3) 추가선발 : 대면 수업이 실시될 경우에 추가 선발을 진행할 계획임

- 외국인·재외국민 전용 안내문 -
As COVID-19 is spreading rapidly to Seoul, Gyeonggi, and other metropolitan areas, Yonsei University has decided to have full online classes until the midterm exam period of the 2020-2nd semester, so please understand and cooperate with those who are planning to move into the Sinchon Campus Dormitories [Muak Dormitories, Woojungwon, and Beophyeon House] as follows.
1. (TBC) Move-in Date of Sinchon Campus Dormitories
A. Move-in date for 2020-2nd semester has been changed to 「To Be Confirmed」.
B. After Mid-term, if the courses changes to face-to-face type, Housing Office will re-announce the move-in dates on October 12th(Mon.), 2020
C. We advise currently dormitory residents to move out since current class type will be conducted via online
2. Dormitory Move-in Policy –COVID-19-
A. Policy 1 : Minimizing the number of dormitory residents
B. Policy 2 : Allow new dormitory residents, only when it is inevitable after a review
1) Determining the move-in process by reviewing the submission of relevant official documents and evidence
- MUST submit COVID-19 test result for those got permission to move-in
2) Those who can request to move-in for inevitable reasons
·Among the selected 2020-2nd Sinchon dormitory residents, overseas Koreans and foreign students who do not have any place to live in Korea (Only limited to the one who are currently in Korea and 14 days after entering Korea). ▻ Send the COVID-19, move-in request form(코로나19_입사 요청서) to muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr (form can be found on the dorm.yonsei.ac.kr at 서식자료실)
C. Dormitory Management Policy
1) Refund
- Current 2020-summer dormitory residents : Cancelling by 12:00PM August 21st(Fri.), 2020 Fully refund. ▻Move out : by 17:00 August 21, 2020
- Re-entering and 2020-2nd new dormitory residents : Cancelling by 16:00PM August 27th(Thus.), 2020
※ How to request refund: dorm.yonsei.ac.kr -> Press 환불신청 Button -> Click 입사취소신청
2) When the classes change to face-to-face type after mid-terms, we will give priority to move-in those who cancelled the dormitory due to COVID-19 situation.
3) Additional dormitory residents selection : When the classes change to face-to-face type, Housing Office plans to select new dormitory residents
