On March 20th, Yonsei and Aalto University School of Economics held a joint symposium at Allen Hall. PekkaMattila, President of Aalto University Executive Education, and Professor of Aalto University School of Economics, and PirjoHirvonen, Dean of Aalto University School of Design, as well as 30 graduate school students were welcomed to Yonsei. Issues related to long-term international exchange and cooperation were discussed. The symposium was held under the theme “Global Collaboration” as part of a program supporting graduate school students’ international academic activities. Over a period of two days, students from the two universities gave presentations and held lively discussions. Methods for sustainable cooperation regarding joint-lectures and student exchange programs were sought at the symposium. The symposium is expected to open opportunities for active international relations and exchange.
