Yonseians gathered on December 3rd to take part in the "Coal Briquette Sharing" volunteer activity organized by the volunteer center. About 200 people gathered including undergraduate and graduate students, faculty members, and foreign students such as Beyon (Physics major) who learned what a coal briquette is through this activity. The volunteers paid a participation fee of 15,000 won which is enough to purchase 22 coal briquettes. Moreover, they hand-delivered the coal briquettes. They were filled with joy even though their hands and faces became dirty after delivering the coal-briquettes to low-incomes families and seniors living alone in Seodaemun-gu. On this day, the volunteers delivered 6,500 coal briquettes to 28 low-income families in Seodaemun-gu.
