HPAIR 2011 Asia Conference Yonsei has been appointed to co-host the HPAIR 2011 Asia Conference. The conference will be held at both Yonsei University and COEX in Seoul from August 19th to 23rd. It will be attended by 500 participants and 120 guest speakers. This conference is co-organized by the Harvard Project for Asian and International Relations (HPAIR) and student-run organizations in Asian countries. As one of the largest international university student conferences, the first HPAIR Asia Conference took place in Taiwan in 1992. For its 20th anniversary this year, the HPAIR 2011 will address significant issues on politics, economics, society, and culture in the Asian-Pacific region with worldwide scholars and CEOs from diverse fields, more than 100 renowned speakers, and 400 undergraduate and graduate students from global universities.
