Thomas Schutte, the president of the Pratt Institute, visited Yonsei University and had a meeting with President Kim Han-joong on May 31. Pratt Institute is a private art college in New York City with campuses in various districts. The two presidents, along with Han Ki-su, Senior Vice President for Wonju Campus, Kim Jeong-oh, Vice President for University Planning and Development, Oh Byong-keun, Director of Design Arts at the College of Humanities and Arts in Wonju Campus, discussed ways to facilitate exchange agreements and other forms of cooperation. President Kim Han-joong especially introduced Yonsei’s International Campus in Songdo and proposed to talk over related cooperative measures. In compliance with this proposal, on the following day, President Schutte made a visit to the International Campus and acceded to the more concrete measures for cooperation between Yonsei and Pratt.
