In February of this year, a delegation from Yonsei visited Vietnam to seek possibilities of cooperation with the Hanoi University of Technology. After this visit, Hanoi University of Technology officially invited Yonsei to visit Vietnam once again, and an MOU was signed regarding the sharing of research data and the exchange of human resources. As an extension of this MOU, the Yonsei College of Engineering suggested a short-term Professorship Program, and the Vice-President and the Dean of International Exchange and Cooperation Section of Hanoi University of Technology of Vietnam came to visit the Yonsei University College of Engineering on May 17 to negotiate further agreements regarding this program. The College of Engineering is also expected to sign MOUs with the University of Delhi and the Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology of India, and the Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep of Thailand.
