Professor Lee Myong-soo (Chemistry), Director of the Supermolecular Nano-assembly Program, was selected as the only foreigner to participate in the 2007 Yangzi River Scholar Program, sponsored by the Chinese government. Professor Lee has been invited to stay at Yanbian University as a Yangzi River Scholar in chemistry and will participate in various lectures and international research projects. The awarding ceremony was held on April 10 at Yanbian University in China.
