동서문제연구원의 학술지 「Global Economic Review」(이하 GER) 올해 첫 호인 제42권 1호가 최근에 영국의 세계적인 출판사 ‘Taylor & Francis Group Routledge’에서 발간됐다. GER은 정갑영 총장이 편집인, 스위스 IMD Jean-Pierre Lehman 교수와 미국 코넬대 Robert T. Masson 교수가 공동 편집인으로 참여하고 있으며, 2006년부터 한국학술진흥재단의 등재지, 2009년부터 교내에서 최초로 세계적인 사회과학논문 인용색인인 SSCI에 등재된 영문학술지이다. 제42권 1호에 게재된 논문의 제목은 다음과 같다.
