문명재 교수(행정학)가 미국행정학회(The American Society for Public Administration)의 William E. Mosher and Frederick C. Mosher Awasrd의 수상자로 선정됐다. 수여식은 오는 3월 20일부터 미국 마이애미에서 개최되는 2009 ASPA Annual Conference에서 거행된다. 이 상은 2008년 미국행정학보(Public Administratio Review: SSCI)에 게재된 논문 중 최우수 논문의 저자에게 수여되는 저명한 상이며, 한국인 최초로 문명재 교수가 수상의 영광을 안았다. 수상 논문은 Public Administration Review 68(1)에 게재한 “Is the World "Flat" or "Spiky"? Rethinking the Governance Implications of Globalization for Economic Development”이다.
