Temporary Suspension of Main University Information Services


Since September 2021, Yonsei University has been developing an Academic Information System (including the Yonsei Portal) as the first phase of the S-Campus 2.0 project to provide an open, shared, and innovative platform.


The new Yonsei Portal and Academic Information System will open on November 7 (Mon) at 08:00. During the system installation process, please be informed that the following university services will be suspended temporarily. Thank you for your cooperation.


■ Installation Details: Academic Information System services (incl. Yonsei Portal)


■ Installation Period: Nov. 4 (Fri) 17:30 - Nov. 7 (Mon) 08:00


■ Official Launch: Nov. 7 (Mon) 08:00


■ Suspended Services: All online services that use Yonsei Portal ID and database

Yonsei Portal, Main University Website, Academic System, ERP Administration Services, Groupware, Research Management System, Yonsei Researcher Information System, Library System, Electronic Roster, Space Reservation System, Transcripts & Certificates System, Shuttle Bus Reservation System, LearnUs System (Yonsei Portal login and Yonsei Naver Identification login), On-campus wireless internet, YSVPN, etc.

(However, email service and wired internet will be available.)
