2027년 2월 졸업 신청 안내 [학사학위수료자 대상]

1. 신청 대상: 학사학위수료자

2. 신청 기간: 2026. 9. 1.(화) 09:00 ~ 2027. 1. 31.(일) 17:00

 

3. 신청 방법: 연세포탈시스템(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 로그인 → 학사정보시스템 → 졸업 → 졸업신청 메뉴에서 신청

※ 신청 후 "졸업 > 졸업신청내역확인" 메뉴를 통해 본인의 신청 상태를 최종 확인하시기 바랍니다.

 

4. 신청 구분

■ 졸업 신청: “2027년 2월 학위수여일에 졸업하고자 합니다.” 선택

■ 수료 유지: 별도 졸업 신청을 하지 않을 경우 수료 상태가 유지됨(단, 재학연한 만료자 제외)

 

5. 유의사항

1) 학사학위수료자 신분은 재학연한 범위 내에서만 유지 가능(재학연한 마지막 학기에는 자동 졸업 처리됨)

2) 학사학위수료 상태에서의 졸업 신청 시(~1월 말/~7월 말) 정해진 학위수여일(2월/8월)에 졸업 처리됨 [학사학위수료자는 재학상태로 환원 불가]

 

3) 수강신청, 휴학신청, 기숙사신청이 불가함

 

4) 수료 확정 이후에 추가로 부전공, 마이크로전공, 심화전공 신청이 불가함

 

5) 학사학위수료자는 최우등, 우등 졸업상 대상에서 제외됨

 

6) 도서관 서비스는 졸업생과 동일한 기준을 적용하며, 자세한 사항은 학술문화처 도서관 홈페이지 에서 확인 요망

 

7) 재적증명서, 수료증명서, 성적증명서, 학적부, 졸업예정증명서(졸업신청 시에만 발급), 장학금수혜증명서(장학금 수혜자만 발급) 발급이 가능함

3. Application Method

Visit the Yonsei Portal System (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Log in → Academic Information System → Graduation → Graduation Application

※ After applying, please verify your application status at the "Graduation > Graduation Application Status" menu

 

4. Application Categories

■ Application for ‘Graduation’: Select “I will graduate in February 2027.”

■ Remaining in the state of ‘Completion’: If you do not submit a separate graduation application, your status will remain as ‘Completion’ (except for those whose maximum period of enrollment has expired)

 

5. Important Notes

A. You can remain in the state of "Completion of Bachelor's Degree" only within the maximum period of enrollment. You will be graduated automatically in your final semester

 

B. If you apply for graduation while in the state of "Completion" (~late January / ~late July), you will be processed for graduation on the designated commencement day (February / August). Students in this state cannot change their status back to "Enrolled" (Regular registration)

 

C. Course enrollment, leave of absence, and dormitory applications are not available

 

D. Additional applications for a minor, micro major, or intensive major are strictly prohibited after the "Completion" status is confirmed

 

E. Students in the state of "Completion" are not eligible for Academic Honors (Highest Honors / High Honors)

 

F. Library services are provided under the same criteria as graduates. Please refer to the Yonsei University Library website for more details

 

G. The following certificates can be issued: Certificate of Enrollment (재적), Completion (수료), Academic Transcript (성적), School Register (학적부), Certificate of Expected Graduation (only for graduation applicants), and Certificate of Recipient of Scholarship (only for recipients)
