2018학년도 1학기 원주생활관 입사신청 및 등록 안내

1. 신청대상: 2018-1학기 재학생 (대학원 신입생 및 복학예정자 포함)

2. 신청기간: 2017. 12. 11.(월) 10:00 ~ 2017. 12. 22.(금) 17:00

3. 신청확인 및 추가 신청기간: 2018. 01. 08.(월) 10:00 ~ 2018. 01. 12.(금) 17:00

대학원생

생활관 홈페이지 → 로그인 → 입사신청 → 개별입사신청

- 24시간 출입(대학원생)을 원하는 경우, 매지학사 4인실로 신청

☞‘연속 입사’를 신청하고자 하는 학생은 관련 공지사항 참조

- 신입생의 경우, 입사신청서를 작성해서 이메일로 신청 (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)

학부생

학사관리시스템에 접속하여 원하는 입실기준 지정 후 신청

- 학사 수용인원보다 신청 인원이 많을 경우, 순위에 따라 다른 학사로 임의 변경

◦ 1순위 : 벌점 내역이 0~3점인 학생 (상·벌점계 > 상점계 > 성적)

◦ 2순위 : 벌점 내역이 4~10점인 학생 (상·벌점계 > 상점계 > 성적)

※ 상·벌점 누계가 동일한 경우, 상점 누계가 많은 학생을 우선 선발

※ 상점 누계까지 동점인 경우, 직전학기 성적에 따라 선발

5. 신청 가능 학사: 매지학사 3인실, 매지학사 4인실, 세연학사 2인실, 세연학사 3인실(여), 청연학사 3인실

6. 선발 결과 발표: 2018. 01. 18.(목) 17:00 이후 생활관 홈페이지에서 확인 가능

※ 선발 기준에 대해...

1) 상・벌점은 최근 입사학년도를 기준으로 합니다

- 최근 입사학년도란?: 학생 본인이 가장 마지막으로 기숙사에 입사했던 해

(예1) 2015년 1~2학기에 입사한 뒤에 처음으로 2018년 1학기에 입사하게 된다면,

2015년도의 상․벌점 기록을 기준으로 적용

(예2) 2016년에는 2학기에만 입사한 뒤에 처음으로 2018년 1학기에 입사하게 된다면,

2016년 2학기의 상․벌점 기록만을 기준으로 적용

2) 성적은 입사 직전학기를 기준으로 합니다

- 입사 직전학기란?: 기숙사에 있었든 없었든 가장 마지막으로 재학 중이던 학기

(예1) 2015년 2학기까지 재학하고 휴학 후에 2018년 1학기에 입사하게 된다면,

2015년 2학기의 성적을 기준으로 적용

(예2) 현재(2017년 2학기) 재학 중이며 2018년 1학기에도 입사하고자 한다면,

현재 학기(2017년 2학기)의 성적을 기준으로 적용

7. 고지서 출력 및 등록(납입): 2018. 01. 19.(금) 10:00 ~ 2018. 01. 24.(수) 16:00

※ 추가 등록(납입)기간은 없음

※ 자세한 사항은 입사 선발 결과 발표 공지를 참고 바람

□ 참고사항

1. 폐결핵 검사 안내

검 사 대 상	2018-1학기 모든 입사생 (단, 국제교육원을 통한 신규 입국 외국인은 제외)
검 사 시 점	개강 초 (추후 공지 예정)
검 사 방 법	학교 내 결핵협회 차량 2대 이용하여 흉부 X-Ray 단체 검사
결 과 통 지	정밀검사 대상자 10일 이내 결핵협회 개별 통지 예정, 그 외에는 별도통지 없음

※ 입사 신청 전에 제출하여야 하는 별도의 서류는 없습니다.

다만, 입사 후 모든 학생(2017학년도 가을학기 입사생 포함)들은 결핵 검사를 반드시 받아야 하며, 미검사자는 퇴사됩니다.

2. 입사 제한

가. 2018학년도 1학기 기준 휴학생

나. 성적 (입사 직전학기): 1.74 이하 / 상․벌점 누계 (최근 입사년도): 벌점 10점 이상

3. 룸메이트 신청 (추후 일정 변경될 수 있음)

가. 신청기간: 2018. 02. 10.(토) 10:00 ~ 2018. 02. 13.(화) 17:00

1) 재학생: 학사관리시스템으로 접속하여 룸메이트 지정

2) 대학원생: 입사 신청 시에 작성

- 학부생과 신청을 원할 시, 학번, 이름, 성별, 연락처 기재하여 이메일로 신청 (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)

- 대학원생이 학부생과 룸메이트 신청 시, 24시간 출입이 제한될 수 있으니 참고 바람

3) 비고: 지정할 룸메이트의 생활패턴 및 흡연, 코골이, 잠버릇 등을 신중히 고려하여 지정하기 바라며 한 번 지정된 룸메이트는 변경 불가

나. 수면패턴 조사: 2018. 01. 19.(금) 10:00 ~ 02. 13.(화) 17:00

- 생활관 홈페이지에서 입력 (http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)

- 개인의 수면패턴은 방 배정에 있어 최우선 순위로 고려할 것이며, 수면패턴 미등록 학생은 배정 우선 순위에서 밀려날 수 있음

다. 기간 내에 룸메이트를 지정하지 않으면 임의로 배정되며, 차후 룸메이트 지정 및 호실 변경은 불가

라. 외국 교환학생과 룸메이트를 희망하는 학생이나 세연3학사 4인실을 신청하고자 하는 학생은 추후 공지를 참고 바람

4. 2학년 이상 간호학과, 치위생학과, 의예과 학생들은 원의학사(의과대 기숙사)로 신청 바랍니다

5. 기타 자세한 사항은 생활관 사무실로【033)760-5300】문의하시기 바랍니다

2018-Spring Dormitory Application & Registration Notice

1. Subject: Graduate & Undergraduate students

2. Application Period: Dec. 11th(Mon) 10:00 a.m. ~ Dec. 22nd(Fri) 05:00 p.m.

3. Additional Application Period: Jan. 8th(Mon) 10:00 a.m. ~ Jan. 12th(Fri) 05:00 p.m.

Undergraduate

Log-in to the Yonsei Portal for application

- Selection will be done as follows;

◦ Group 1: Students who have 0~3 penalty points

(Sum of Award・Penalty Points > Award Points > GPA)

◦ Group 2: Students who have 4~10 penalty points

(Sum of Award・Penalty Points > Award Points > GPA)

※ If sum of award and penalty is same, student who has more award points will be prioritized.

※ If students have same result, student who has higher GPA will be prioritized.

5. Applicable Dorm: Maeji Triple, Maeji Quadruple, Seiyon Double, Seiyon Triple(Women), Cheongyeon Triple

6. Result Notice: Check the website for the result on Jan. 18th(Thu) 05:00 p.m.

※ About the Selection Criteria...

1) Award・Penalty points are based on the recent year when the student lived in dorm.

- Recent Year?

(e.g.1) If the student lived in dorm in 2015(both semester) and applies for spring semester in 2018, the award and penalty points from 2015 will be considered.

(e.g.2) If the student lived in dorm in 2016(only spring semester) and applies for spring semester in 2018, the award and penalty points from spring semester of 2016 will be considered.

2) GPA is based on the recent semester which the student attended, whether the student lived in dorm or not.

7. Registration Period: Jan. 19th(Fri) 10:00 a.m. ~ Jan. 24th(Wed) 04:00 p.m.

※ There is no additional registration period, so be on time.

□ Additional Info.

1. Tuberculosis Checkup Notice

	Details
Who	Students who will live in dorm for spring semester of 2018 (Except for new foreign students who came to Korea via International Education Center)
When	Early March (Details will be noticed later)
How	Drop by the TB Association’s checkup bus next to the Student Un.ion building (학생회관)
About the Result	If TB is found, association will directly contact the student. Otherwise, there will be no particular contact for the result.

※ Tuberculosis checkup is mandatory.

2. Entrance Restriction

A. Student who will apply for leave of absence for spring semester of 2018

B. GPA: Less than 1.75 / Award・Penalty Points: Less than –10 points

3. Application for Roommate (Dates can be changed later)

A. Application Period: Feb. 10th(Sat) 10:00 a.m. ~ Feb. 13th(Tue) 05:00 p.m.

1) Undergraduate: Log-in to the Yonsei Portal for application

2) Graduate: Fill out the form when applying for the entrance

- If graduate student wants to have undergraduate roommate, send an e-mail with following information;

student ID, name, gender, contact info. (dormi123@yonsei.ac.kr)

- If graduate student lives with undergraduate student, Housing Office cannot allow 24hour access card key.

3) Other: You cannot change your roommate.

B. Survey for Sleeping Pattern: Jan. 19th(Fri) 10:00 a.m. ~ Feb. 13th(Tue) 05:00 p.m.

- Student can participate the survey in our website (http://wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr)

- Housing Office will consider the sleeping pattern the most when assigning rooms

C. If student does not apply for roommate, Housing Office will assign the rooms in random.
