2017학년도 여름 연속입사 등록 안내

Dormitory Registration for 2017 Summer Vacation

(Continuous Registration)

 

 

1. 대상 : 봄 학기 입사 시 연속입사 신청자

 Eligibility: Student who enrolled for continuous registration in Spring semester.

 

2. 등록기간 : 6. 5(월) 09:30 ~ 6. 8(목) 16:00

 Registration Period : June 5th (Mon), 09:30 ~ June 8th (Thu), 16:00

★등록방법 :  위 등록기간에 "생활관 홈페이지-입사정보"에서 개별 가상계좌번호 확인 후 해당                계좌로 입금.(입금 시 반드시 본인이름으로 입금바람)

★How to Pay: Check your own account number that was assigned for you

  in Wonju Housing Office website (wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr → “입사정보”).

  Please deposit the right amount into that account number.

  (Please deposit with your own name)

 ※ 기간(시간) 내 미등록자는 자동취소(기간 및 시간 엄수) 

※ If you do not pay your fee during the registration period, your application will be automatically cancelled.

 

3. 입사기간 : 2017. 6. 22(목) ~ 2017. 8. 30(수)

  Move-in Schedule : June 22nd (Thu), 2017 ~ August 30th (Wed), 2017

   ※ 방학 중 학교 일정 및 외부개방 행사가 진행될 수 있으니 참고하시기 바랍니다.

    Summer programs or events might be held during the summer

      vacation and cause noise and sound.

   ※ 여름철 실내온도는 일정 온도로 지정 및 중앙제어 됩니다.

      Room temperatures will be controlled by the central control center.

   ※ 시설 보수 관계로 소음이 발생될 수 있습니다. 양해하여 주시기 바랍니다.

      Maintenance of facilities might cause some inconveniences.

 

 

5. 입사비 환불 신청(Refund Policy)

    - 신청방법 : 생활관 홈페이지의 서식자료실에 있는 입사비반환신청서를

                E-mail (mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)로 접수

    - How to apply for the refund: Fill in the form from Wonju Housing Office

                                      website (wjdorm.yonsei.ac.kr → “서식자료실”)

                                      and send it to mjdorm@yonsei.ac.kr.
