여름방학 전체기간[2018.6.25.(월)13:00입사 – 8.23(목)12:00퇴사]이 거주기간이며, 단기 신청은 받지 않습니다. 우정원은 남자학부생만 입사 신청이 가능합니다. 이점 참고하시기 바랍니다.
1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법
가. 신청기숙사 및 지원 자격(아래 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)
1) 무악1,2학사(지방 및 해외거주자로 아래 해당되는 학생)
▪신촌캠퍼스 일반 및 전문대학원 재학생(2학기 신입학 예정자 입사 신청 불가)
(법학전문대학원 및 법학과 학생은 법현학사만 지원)
▪신촌캠퍼스에서 하계계절학기를 등록한 학부 재학생
(치의예, 간호학과, 원주, 국제캠퍼스 및 타교생 포함)
단, 교외에서 진행되는 단기 계절수업은 제외함.(하계교양체육 및 1학점 자원봉사 등)
학부생에 한하여 계절수업을 수강하는 휴학생도 지원가능

다. 주요안내
1) 2018-1학기 현재 신촌캠퍼스 생활관에 거주중인 학생은 지원대상이 아닙니다.
2) 법학전문대학원 및 일반대학원 법학과 학생은 법현학사로만 지원 가능

3. 온라인 신청 기간 및 방법
가. 온라인 신청 기간 : 2018.6.5.(화) 10:00 ~ 6.7(목) 23:00
나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창
다. 신청과 동시에 아래 서류를 반드시 제출하여야 합니다.
4. 필수 제출 서류
가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중 방문 제출(무악1학사)
일반우편물은 기간 내 도착하지 않거나 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

나. 제출 기간 : 2018.6.4.(월) ~ 6.8(금) / 09:00~17:00까지
다. 제출 서류 안내
주1) 서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번 기재
주2) 아래 해당하는 서류를 원본으로 제출하여야 함
주3) 전 구성원의 주민등록번호 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출
주4) 제출서류 유효기간 : 제출일 기준 한달이내 발급분
주5) 허위 서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청(선발자격)에서 제외함
￭ 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부
￭ 부와 모의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우
: 부, 모, 학생의 주민등록등본 각1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 학생이 한부모 가정일 경우
: 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부
￭ 해외거주자
: 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)
※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114
￭ 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우
: 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 외국인 : 외국인등록증복사본(앞, 뒷면을 한 면에 복사) 또는 여권사본 1부
(외국인 등록증 및 여권사본에 한하여 e-mail제출가능 : muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)
￭ 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상
5. 입사자 발표
가. 발표일 : 2018.6.11.(월) 17:00 /
나. 발표확인 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
6. 결핵검사
가. 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에
제출하여야 합니다.
나. 검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하
게 됩니다. 또한 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가능합니다.
다. 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내 검사결과만 유효함
7. 기숙사비 납부기간 : 2018.6.11.(월) ~ 6.13(수)
8. 입사일 : 2018.6.25.(월) 13:00 ~ 18:00

If any student wants to stay at dorm during this summer break(25 June(Mon) 2018, 13:00 ～ 23 Aug(Thu) 2018, noon), We don't accept short-term applications. and Only male undergraduate students can apply to Woo Jung-won.
Please refer to that.
1. Eligibility and How to select
A. Eligibility (Must meet all the requirements)
1) Muak #1, #2 (Foreign or local students exclude of Seoul and listed below)
▪ General and special graduate students
(Law school students and Department of Law students can apply only Beophyeon House)
▪ Under graduate students taking summer class at Shinchon campus.
(pre-clinical dentistry, Nursing, including Wonju, Songdo campus, Other university students students)
Exclusive of short term special class. (ex summer refinement sport and 1 credit volunteer work )
▪ Severance Hospital Practices among Wonju Campus Students

2) Beophyeon House

3. How to Apply

C. The following documents must be submitted at the same time as the application.
4. Required Documents (All on-line applicants)A. How to submit : Visit the Housing office during office hour or send by registered mail.

C. Residence related documents
※ Notes
1) When submitting, please write down the student’s name & student’s ID number
in the upper-left corner of each document
2) The documents should be submitted as the originals
3) Hide the personal information of the family members such as ID card number.
4) All documents submitted must have been published with a month to be valid.
5) Missing documents or false information will result in failure to register.
◼ In case of a foreign resident, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of
student and the parents
- For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance, please contact Ministry of Foreign Affairs
(02-2100-2114).
◼ In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of
foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student.
◼ In case of foreigners, submit a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration
(Copy both sides on the same page) or a copy of Proof of Foreigner Registration
(Issued by a ward office) or a copy of your passport.
※ Only a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration card and a copy of passport

◼ In case of a handicapped student, submit a copy of Proof of disabled certificate of
student / Priority selection when meeting eligibility

6. Health Inspection
The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland)
and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in.
If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life,
we will cancel your housing admission.
Failure to submit the health diagnosis form on the check-in day will result in demerits on
your record.
* The available period of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.
