2018년 8월 졸업신청 변경(추가 신청 및 연기) 안내


  1. 졸업신청 변경기간 : 2018. 4. 25(수) 09:00 ~ 5. 2(수) 17:00

  2. 신청방법 : 연세포탈시스템(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) 학사관리 접속 후
                        학적-졸업-졸업신청및연기신청 메뉴에서 신청

  3. 기타사항
      가. 조기졸업 신청을 취소하고자 하는 경우는 교무처 학사지원팀(언더우드관 B101호)으로 방문하여 취소원을 제출하여야 합니다.
      나. 졸업연기신청자 중 졸업요건을 충족한 경우라도 졸업을 하려면, 정규학기(졸업하려는 학기)에 한 과목 이상 수강하여
           재학중인 상태에서만 졸업(신청)을 할 수 있습니다.
      다. 당해학기 졸업예정증명서는 졸업신청자에 한하여 발급됩니다(졸업연기신청자는 발급되지 않음).
      라. 부전공 이수희망자는 반드시 해당 부전공을 신청하여야 합니다(미신청시 심사대상에서 제외됨).

 The change of graduation application period(additional application or delay) for August 2018 graduation


1. Period: 9:00 am, April 25 ~ 5:00 pm, May 2, 2018

2. The service is available at the Yonsei Portal System

    Visit the Yonsei portal system (http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr) → Student Record → graduation(졸업) / advancement (진급) → Browse Application for Graduation/Deferment → select graduation application(졸업신청) or graduation delay application (졸업연기신청) → save (저장)

3. Additional Notice

   - If the early graduation applicant wants to cancel graduation application, please submit the cancellation form to Academic Support Team(B101 Underwood Hall).

   - Among the graduation-delay applicants, the students who already meet the graduation requirements should register at least one course during the semester(expected graduation semester) so that you can apply for graduation.

   - Certificate of expected graduation is only issued to graduation applicants. 

   - Students who wish to declare a minor should apply through the portal system when applying for graduation.
