1. 지원 자격 및 선발 방법
가. 지원 자격(아래 조건이 모두 충족되어야 함)
▪ 공통1-1) 2018-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 학부 및 대학원(일반 및 전문대학원) 재학생 또는
복학예정자 중 2017-2학기(휴학생의 경우 직전학기) 성적이 학부생은 1.7/4.3이상,
대학원생은 2.0/4.3이상
▪ 공통1-2) 2018-1학기 신촌캠퍼스 소속의 대학원(일반 및 전문대학원) 신입생
▪ 공통2) 부와 모가 모두 서울 이외의 지역 거주자, 해외거주자 또는 지원자가 외국인 유학생
나. 선발 방법 : 인터넷 접수 후 컴퓨터 추첨으로 선발
다. 주요안내
1) 법학전문대학원 및 일반대학원 법학과 학생은 법현학사로만 지원 가능
2) 의료원 관련학과(의학, 의과학, 보건학, 치의학, 응용생명과학, 간호학과 등) 학생은 해당
대학 사무실에서 안내를 확인하시기 바랍니다.
3) 원주캠퍼스 소속 학생은 신촌캠퍼스 기숙사 신청이 불가하오니 해당 캠퍼스 기숙사로 입사
신청을 하시기 바랍니다.
4) 송도학사 누적벌점 16점 이상 및 신촌캠퍼스 강제퇴사자는 기숙사 입사신청이 불가합니다.

3. 온라인 신청 기간 및 방법
가. 온라인 신청 기간 : 2018. 1. 2(화) 10:00 ~ 1. 3(수) 23:00
나. 신청 방법 : 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing) 기숙사 신청 팝업창
다. 미신청자 및 탈락자 대기자 신청 : 2018년 2월초 공지 예정, 대기자신청이며 수시 충원함.
4. 필수 제출 서류(인터넷 접수자 전원)
가. 제출 방법 : 등기우편접수(원본제출) 또는 생활관 업무시간 중 방문 제출(무악1학사)
일반우편물은 기간 내 도착하지 않거나 중도에 분실될 수 있으니 유의바랍니다.

나. 제출 기간 : 2017. 12. 26(화) ~ 2018. 1. 3(수) 마감 당일 도착 서류까지 유효
다. 제출 서류 안내
주1) 서류 제출 시 반드시 서류 좌측 상단에 학생이름 및 학번(혹은 수험번호) 기재
주2) 아래 해당하는 서류를 원본으로 제출하여야 함
주3) 전 구성원의 주민등록번호 뒷자리는 *표시로 발급받거나 흑색으로 지운 후 제출
주4) 제출서류 유효기간 : 2017.11.26. 이후 발급분
주5) 허위 서류 또는 기재사항에 허위사실 확인 시 입사신청(선발자격)에서 제외함
주6) 복학예정자는 복학생서약서(붙임자료)를 작성하여 아래서류와 함께 제출하여야 함
￭ 국내거주자로 부모와 학생이 같은 거주지에 있는 경우 : 주민등록등본 1부
￭ 부와 모의 주민등록 거주지가 다를 경우
: 부,모,학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 학생이 편부모(부 또는 모 사망, 이혼 등) 가정일 경우
: 함께 거주하는 부(모)와 학생의 주민등록등본 및 가족관계증명서(부 또는 모 명의로 발급) 1부
￭ 해외거주자
: 본인과 가족의 재외국민등록부등본 1부 및 가족관계증명서(또는 가족임을 확인 가능한 서류)
※ 국내 외교통상부에서 발급 가능 / 연락처 02-2100-2114
￭ 부모가 해외에 있고 학생이 국내거주중일 경우
: 부모의 재외국민등록부등본과 학생의 주민등록등본 각 1부 및 가족관계증명서 1부
￭ 외국인 : 외국인등록증복사본(앞, 뒷면을 한 면에 복사) 또는 여권사본 1부
(외국인 등록증 및 여권사본에 한하여 e-mail제출가능 : muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr)
￭ 장애인 : 학생 본인의 장애인증명서 1매 / 지원 자격 충족 시 우선선발 대상
5. 입사자 발표 : 2018. 1. 10(수) 17:00 / 생활관 홈페이지(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
6. 결핵검사
가. 입사자로 선발된 학생들은 결핵검사(흉부X선 검사) 후 의사 소견서 또는 진단서를 입사당일에
반드시 제출하여야 합니다.
나. 검사를 기피하거나 검사결과 공동생활이 불가능한 것으로 판명될 경우, 기숙사 입사를 취소하
게 됩니다. 또한 입사당일 진단서 미제출 시 입사가 불가합니다.
다. 진단서 유효기간 : 입사일 기준 2개월 이내(2017.12.28. 이후 검사결과만 유효)
라. 공증이 되지 않은 외국 진단서는 제출이 불가하오니 국내 의료기관을 이용바랍니다.
7. 기숙사비 납부기간 : 2018. 1. 11(목) ~ 1. 12(금)
8. 입사일 : 2018. 2. 28(수) / 10:00 ~ 18:00
9. 2018-1학기 거주기간 : 2018. 2. 28(수) 10:00 ~ 6. 22(금) 12:00

1. Eligibility and How to select
A. Eligibility (Must meet all the requirements)
▪ 2018-1st Semester enrolled student of under graduate students, General and special graduate students
or 2018-1st Semester Returning student
Last semester's GPA(Freshman is no GPA limit. Only enrolled student)
Under graduate student : 1.7/4.3 above / Graduate student : 2.0/4.3 above
▪ 2018-1st Semester Freshmen of General and special graduate students of Sinchon Campus
▪ Local(outside of Seoul), Overseas Korean : based on the parents’ residence
and International students
B. How to select : Computerized random selection
C. Remarks
1) Law school students and Department of Law students can apply only Beophyeon House
2) Students of Yonsei University Health System (Medicine, Medical Science, Public Health,
Dentistry, Applied Life Science, or Nursing) must contact the office of their college.
3) Wonju campus‘s students have to apply for dormitory on their campus.
4) The student that receive 16 penalty points in Songdo dormitory can’t apply.
The student that is forced check-out in Sinchon dormitory can’t apply.

3. How to Apply
A. On-line Application Period : 2(Thu) Jan 2018 10:00 ~ 3(Wed) Jan 2018 23:00
B. How to apply : Complete online application form via the pop-up page of Housing
website(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
C. Late Application(Waiting list) : The notice will be posted at early in the Feb 2018.
If you are not selected, you can put your name on the waiting list. You will be notified individually
if any vacancy occurs.
4. Required Documents
A. How to submit : Visit the Housing office during office hour or send by registered mail.

B. Submission period : 26(Tue) Dec 2017 ~ 3(Wed) Jan 2018
The documents arrived by the deadline only can be effective.
C. Residence related documents
※ Notes
1) When submitting, please write down the student’s name & student’s ID number
in the upper-left corner of each document
2) The documents should be submitted as the originals
3) Hide the personal information of the family members such as ID card number.
4) All documents submitted must have been published with a month to be valid.(issued after 26 Nov 2017)
5) Missing documents or false information will result in failure to register.
6) The returning student have to fill in returning student pledge and submit it with the below documents.
◼ As domestic residents, in case of that parents and students are in the same place
: A certificate of resident registration
◼ In case of that father and mother’s address is differ
: A certificate of resident registration of father, a certificate of resident registration of mother, a certificate of resident registration of student and a certificate of family relations
◼ In case of that the student is eligible for a single parent
: A certificate of resident registration of shared housing parent and a certificate of resident registration of student and a certificate of family relations
◼ In case of a foreign resident, submit a copy of Proof of foreign residence of
student and the parents
- For ‘Proof of foreign residence’ issuance, please contact Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Consular Service Division. ( Contact : 02-2100-2114 )
◼ In case parents live abroad and student in Korea, submit a copy of proof of
foreign residence for parents and a copy of proof of residence for student.
◼ In case of foreigners, submit a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration
(Copy both sides on the same page) or a copy of Proof of Foreigner Registration
(Issued by a ward office) or a copy of your passport.
※ Only a copy of Certificate for Foreigner Registration card and a copy of passport
can be sent via e-mail. E-mail : muakdorm@yonsei.ac.kr
◼ In case of a handicapped student, submit a copy of Proof of disabled certificate of
student / Priority selection when meeting eligibility
5. Result Update : 10(Wed) January 2018 17:00 / Housing office homepage(http://web.yonsei.ac.kr/housing)
6. Health Inspection
A. The students selected as the residents must have health inspection (pectoral X gland)
and then submit the health diagnosis form on the day of their check-in.
B. If you avoid the health inspection or are found to be ineligible for community life,
we will cancel your housing admission.
C. The available period of health certificate : within 2 month from a date of issue.
D. Please note that you can not submit a foreign certificate, so you can use the Korean medical institution.
7. Payment period : 11(Thu) January 2018 ~ 12(Fri) January 2018
8. Check-in date : 28(Wed) February 2018 10:00 ~ 18:00
9. 2018 1st semester residence period : 28(Wed) February 2018 10:00 ~ 22(Fri) June 2018 12:00
