2018학년도 1학기 국제캠퍼스 기숙사 입사 신청 안내(기존 RC)
1. 입사 신청 자격
가. 2018-1학기 입사 희망 기존 RC학생들은 모두 입사신청을 하여야 합니다. (미신청시 입사 불가)
나. 기숙사 미입사 희망자(인천거주/기타사유)도 모두 입사신청 절차를 반드시 완료(증빙서류 첨부)하여야 합니다.
① 인천 거주 사유 : 주민등록등본 or 부동산 계약서(인천주소 표기)
② 기타 사유 : 병원 진단서 및 소견서
2. 입사 신청
가. 연세포탈(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)에서 입사 신청
나. 신청 기간 : 2018. 2. 2(금) 13:00 ~ 2. 9(금) 16:00
다. 입사 신청은 「인터넷 익스플로러」를 사용해 주시기 바랍니다.
3. 기숙사비 납부 기간 및 확인
가. 연세포탈(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)에서 기숙사비 및 가상계좌 확인
나. 납부 기간 : 2018. 2. 24(토) 09:00 ~ 3. 1(목) 23:59
4. 기숙사 거주 기간(2018-1학기) : 2018. 2. 24(토) 09:00 ~ 6. 22(금) 12:00
5. 입사 관련 안내
가. 하우스 및 호실은 무작위로 배정(호실 변경 불가)
나. 하우스 및 호실 확인 : 2018. 2. 22(목) 17:00 연세포탈(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)에 발표
다. 입사 일자 : 2018. 2. 24(토) 09:00 ~ 2. 28(수) 18:00

1. Eligibility for Application (obligatory boarding)
A. All Existing RC students who want to move in Songdo dormitory must make this application.
B. The students who want to select 'non-residence' also must make this application, and submit a proof document.
① Residence in Incheon : copy of resident registration with one's own name and address in Incheon
② Other reasons : Medical documents or Doctor’s note
2. Application Method & Period
A. By online on the Yonsei Portal(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)
B. Appication Period : 2018. 2. 2.(Fri) 13:00 ~ 2. 9.(Fri) 16:00
3. Payment period of Housing Fees
A. Check your virtual payment account by online on the Yonsei Portal(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)
B. Payment Period : 2018. 2. 24.(Sat) 09:00 ~ 3. 1.(Thu) 23:59
4. Residential Period(2018-1 semester)
A. 2018. 2. 24.(Sat) 09:00 ~ 6. 22.(Fri) 12:00
5. Information for Move-In
A. House and room number is randomly assigned(Changing rooms will not be accepted).
B. Confirm the assigned house & room : 2018. 2. 22.(Thu) 17:00 on the Yonsei Portal(http://portal.yonsei.ac.kr)
C. Move-In Date & Time: 2018. 2. 24.(Sat) 09:00 ~ 2. 28.(Wed) 18:00
