Yonsei Library and HK Written Language Research Center will jointly hold an exhibition of ancient books. The exhibition is part of a series of manuscript exhibitions titled, “From Manuscript to Print,” held on the 5th floor of the Yonsei Library from December 3rd to February 28th. The mini-exhibitions that were held by Yonsei Library developed into a bigger exhibition focusing on manuscripts with participation from HK Written Language Research Center. All the pieces that are on exhibit are original manuscripts that were in circulation before printed copies. They are important materials providing insight into the process of printed books from the authors’ original copies. The manuscripts and print copies will be displayed side by side for easy comparison.
