Yonsei Invited as Internationally Recognized University to the 2007 Beijing International Education Expo The Yonsei Graduate School (Dean Kim Yu-Sam) participated in the 2007 Beijing International Education Expo held from July 13-15 at the China International Exhibition Center. The Graduate School set up a booth and met with Chinese students and their parents. Dean Ha Yeon Seob of the Office of International Affairs was invited to a talk titled the Meeting with World Renowned Universities as the representative of the 20 participating Korean universities at the Expo. Dean Ha explained the competitiveness and international research environment of Yonsei and provided admission and scholarship information to the Chinese students and parents. For this session, seven universities were invited, including the University of Nottingham of the U.K., University of Minnesota of the U.S.A., Hiroshima University of Japan, Moscow State University of Russia, and Stellenbosch University of South Africa.
