1. Concept The students admitted to the program will be able to pursue a master's degree upon completing their bachelor's degree without any entrance exam. The students can obtain both a Bachelor's and Master's degree within 5 years. (Bachelor 3.5 years + Master 1.5 years)
2. Entry Qualifications & Scholarship A. Students of all undergraduate majors in Yonsei Sinchon campus are eligible B. Students who have completed 4 ~ 6 semesters and whose cumulative GPA is over 3.3/4.3 C. Students who are recommended by a current professor of his/her department D. Transfer students or students who have received an academic warning, cannot apply. E. Admitted students will receive a scholarship according to their academic performance during their first 3 semesters in the Master's degree program

3. Admission Schedule A. Application period: August 16 (Thu), 9 a.m. ~ 17 (Fri), 5 p.m. B. Announcement of results: August 31 (Fri), 5 p.m., by email

5. Academic affairs after admittance A. Students who are admitted to the program can take up to 24 credits per semester and those 24 credits can include a maximum of 6 credits from GSIS. Students are required to obtain 12 credits from GSIS while still an undergraduate student. The credits earned from GSIS are not included in the total required credits to complete undergraduate work and the grades are not included in calculating students' GPA. The credits earned from GSIS will be transferred after the students enter the Master's degree program. B. Students who are admitted to the program should maintain a minimum GPA of 3.3/4.3. Students can obtain their bachelor's degrees and start their master's degree program after completion of the 7th semester, if all the graduation requirements are fulfilled and cumulative GPA is above 3.75/4.3. If the students' cumulative GPA is under 3.75, attending 8th semester is required. C. If a student withdraws from the program, the credits earned from GSIS cannot be transferred to the credits required in their undergraduate program. D. If the students have taken undergraduate courses which are similar or the same in the contents as GSIS courses, up to 9 credits can be recognized as GSIS credits. Also, up to 6 GSIS credits can be earned from an internship during the time students are enrolled in GSIS.
