2. Qualifications
A. Applicants should have at least one year of research experience after obtaining
Ph.D. or equivalent degree.
(exceptions are noted in the table above)
B. Person hired must have proof of legal authority to work at a private university
and must be willing to act in accordance with the general Christian principles
espoused by Yonsei University.
C. Teaching in English required.
3. Required Documents

C. Copies of diplomas and official transcripts(with GPAs) of undergraduate and
graduate programs x 1. (for each institution attended)
D. List of research activities: papers, exhibitions and performances (including title,
author(s), date of publication/exhibition/performance, journal title or place of
exhibition/performance, and abstract) x 2.

* List of representative research activities on a separate page x 1.
E. Copies of all research work (papers or equivalent documentation for exhibitions
and performances) for the past 4 years (since March, 2005) and doctoral
dissertation x 1 each.
F. Letters of recommendation by two professors or professionals in the same
academic field in sealed and signed envelope(field of application and applicant's
full name must be specified in the letter) x 1 each.
* Applicants to Clinical Faculty Position at the College of Medicine should provide
a recommendation letter describing their clinical abilities (e.g. overall clinical
experience, medical recording capabilities, and communication skills).
G. For College of Engineering only: professional experience preferred.
Submit portfolio giving detailed description of professional experience and
qualifications. Those with more than 4 years of professional experience must
submit a list of publications related to their Ph.D. Dissertations.
H. For College of Medicine, Seoul Campus: Copies of professional certificates
