| The Wonju Campus Library was established in 1981 and was later renamed the "Academic Information Center." The Center's "Librarian Department" was renamed "Documentary Information Services" in 2004.
The current building consists of 89,000 sq. ft. over five floors and a basement. It operates under an open-access system. The adoption of a comprehensive electronic library system in 2005 has greatly facilitated access not only to hard-copy materials but also to various kinds of electronic information media. The Wonju Campus Library strives to provide innovative services and improve its environment to satisfy the needs of users. |
