General Affairs Office

General Affairs Office administrates the general works of the university through four teams. There is the General Affairs Team that manages the general and takes care of ceremonies, the Finance Team that manages the money and taxes, Team of Purchasing that is in charge of facility and buying, contracts, and Human Resources Team that takes care of transfer, payment and welfare.

Human Resource Team

  • Administration-management, contract worker affairs, Office regulations
  • Employee training, national and global workshops and business trips
  • Employee payment, taxation, benefit association

Finance Team

  • Accounting for the income and expense
  • Management of expenses and funds
  • Work regarding utility bills and tax
  • Receipt of tuition and other incomes
  • Control and evaluation of the suitability of expenses
  • Management of corporate cards, internal transaction

Team of Purchasing

  • Equipment and materials (for education, research and administration
  • Purchase of foreign capital, management of imported material
  • Management of facility construction, contracts
  • Purchase of exhausted goods
