|
Yonsei University has a portal system for the use of students, administration, and faculty. The system helps users find courses they wish to take, download syllabi, withdraw from courses, check grades, process evaluations, request transcripts, and most importantly communicate. It is a great tool for professors and students to continually communicate efficiently throughout the semester. | Getting Internet Access On-Campus |
Wireless internet access is available throughout the campus. Just set up the wireless internet and install the access program by clicking ‘Yonsei-info.’ Once the program is successfully installed, double click the ‘Yonsei wireless’ icon. Input your portal ID and password. You may now have access to the internet.
Wireless internet can be accessed by your laptop computer, Iphone, Android phone, Macbook, and Blackberry. Please refer to the manual for detailed instructions with illustrations available at http://yis.yonsei.ac.kr.

| Yonsei Mail Account |

Undergraduate/graduate students, faculty and staff of Yonsei University can apply for a Yonsei mail account at http://mail.yonsei.ac.kr/ylogin_e.html.
Yonsei email can be set up in Korean, English, Japanese or Chinese. To apply for it, first sign up at mail.yonsei.ac.kr, then choose the campus (Sinchon, Wonju, International Campus), and finally enter your Student/Faculty/Staff ID number and portal password. After successfully completing the process, you may now use your new Yonsei mail account.

Graduate students, faculty, and staff can only apply for Yonsei webhard account. To apply for it, enter your Yonsei webmail ID and password at webhard.yonsei.ac.kr. After successfully completing the process, you may now use your new Yonsei webhard account.

| Computer Labs |
|
Yonsei University provides many computer labs throughout the campus. Two computer labs are available for the use of international students in the New Millennium Hall, and another at the International House. We encourage students to bring their own portable/laptop computers. Each room in the International House has free and wireless internet access available on campus.
