The Department of Voice provides comprehensive training and exceptional performance opportunities for singers at all levels of development. A voice major is expected to demonstrate increasing competence in the basic techniques of singing: breath control, articulation, and tone production, etc. In addition to the general requirements, Voice Lessons, Dictions of Italian, German, English and French , Vocal Literature, Vocal Music of the Twentieth Century, Opera Workshop, Vocal Ensembles, Rhythmic and Acting are also required.
